“Been going here since 2018, but food got better in the last 3 years. We dine in twice a month and are big fans of their tamales (creamy masa with tasty shredded pork in red sauce filling) and chili rellenos (a huge chile in crispy batter, stuffed with overflowing, melted cheese and topped with ground beef in red sauce. Chile still has a good bite and not overcooked at all). Their Especial Los Mariachis Fajita is huge and overflowed with shrimps, carnitas, asada, chorizo, and chicken PLUS sliced onions, green and red peppers (we always opt for jalapenos instead). And once you're seated, they'll bring you (free) chips and refreshing salsa, which has a little kick to it. We love going there! The service is good, the waiters are always polite and respectful. The restaurant is clean with nice ambiance, good background Mexican music, and clean restrooms. Prices are on point and reflect the inflation and whatnot.“

“I am visiting from Boston and just happen to spontaneously tour the Ohio Statehouse. Here, I lunched at HouseTaco which locates inside the Statehouse itself. The food is quick and fresh. Chef Zach prepared the tacos on-site with passion. They were delicious! What a hidden gem!!!“

The food is always fresh ,taste amazing and the staff makes you feel like you're at home with every visit. They are the ONLY food truck that i visit al least once or twice a week. They had an atmosphere much like Condado tacos, but the bar was set much higher with Local Cantina- when comparing the two, the tacos were so much more unique and definitely more flavorful, the dips blew competitors out of the water, and the atmosphere was so much more authentic and unique! “I live 3 hours away and wanted to send a meal to my friend and her family who had just lost their mother. The staff were extremely helpful, empathetic, and kind to me on the phone. When my friends husband went to pick up, the staff again offered condolences and helped carry the food to the car. The food was amazing to my understanding! “Loved this place completely until today. I've been here probably 40-50 times in the last 2 years. It's always been pretty good and good service. Today I met a friend there for dinner and we got Ismaelas a server. He got mad at us because our drinks weren't right. All we did was ask for something different. He did not like that. We got our new drinks after about 10 minutes. We ordered our food and he even repeated back to us what we were ordering as he was writing it down. Once our food came mine had onions and pico. Neither of which I eat. We waited a few minutes for him to come back around and I told him about my issue. He looked mad that I did not want the onions on my food. Literal just gave me a dirty look.I told him to just take it back and I do not need a replacement. My friend did eat his tacos. He didn't come back over to our table for a while. My buddy ran out of his drink for maybe 15-20 minutes. We told the lady at the counter but she didn't seem to care. Hopefully someone does. I've brought a lot of people to this establishment and I myself have spent a ton of money there bringing my family of 5. Ive left good reviews and always spoke highly of this place. I've always bragged about how they have it figured out. Well, today has somewhat ruined it for me. Never once were we rude or out of line. I'm guessing Ismael was having a bad day. Maybe I'll come back later in the future, maybe not. That's sucks because I really like their food.“

“Very good taco truck. I ordered 2 Mexican style pastor tacos and a side of beans, purple onion salsa, and a bottle of water. The tacos were stuffed with pork. The side of beans was huge - I have leftovers for a couple more meals. Everything was delicious. Highly recommended.“

“They have the best fresh Mexican food around. Every part of your meal will be fresh from the rice to the meat to the handmade tortillas, and everything in between. Very fast service, the longest you will ever have to wait is about 15 minutes. They do only accept cash, but there is an ATM right up the road, maybe 8 buildings away.

Parking: It's located in the parking lot between "The Spot" bar and the pawnshop.

Kid-friendliness: They normally have a picnic table set up so you can sit there with your kids and eat.

Not my favorite this way, but I really enjoyed it today as it was a nice change that tasted amazing! Then they substituted the lime wedges with a lemon wedge.
