“Ordered through the app late, close to 10pm. When I arrived the girl at the window informed me they were sold out of multiple items I already paid for. After discussion, she made it right and provided sufficient replacement products. She was very kind and I even received an extra item which I did not ask for. 9.5/10 experience considering multiple items I paid for were not available. Only thing is there was not any silverware provided. Overall, very pleased with how the girl at the window assisted me. Ordered between 9-10pm on 11/6/25 through the kfc app.“

“Drove 30 min to get there then 30 min in line Started my order with 2 large Mac and cheese was told they were out of it ! So I said thank you and left! How can you be out of Mac and cheese at 5:30 on a Saturday night!!!“

“For starters I saw this resturant advertised on tiktok and thought well it's pretty close to home let's give it a shot and I can say I'm very glad I did. Daves Hot Chicken has the best chicken sandwiches and tenders I've ever had! I also ordered the Carolina Reaper Chicken Tenders and they are very spicy hence the waiver you have to sign. The service here was very friendly and helped me choose my order. The atmosphere was very clean and wasn't too noisy either would recommend and will be returning!“

“I quit going for awhile because the fries were always limp and greasy. I ordered chicken tonight and am really glad I did. You're doing your fries different. They were in their own box and they were crisy and delicious! The chicken was awesome! Everything was delicious!“

“I hadn't been here in a while. I had come about a year ago and waited at the counter for 15 minutes. Everyone just looked at me but would not come to take my order. So I left and didn't come back...... Until last week. The young man who took my order was wonderful. We chatted for a minute, found out he went to McKinley. My daughter's basketball team had played them that evening. It had been a stressful week.My daughter needed mashed potatoes because she had had her braces adjusted that morning. That short conversation really made me smile! He was fun but polite, professional and just really made my day brighter. He may not think he did anything special, but he really lifted my spirits. Give that man a raise!“
