“Took advantage of the buy one get one free app coupon. My kids were excited to have an after-school blizzard. We tried new flavors and they didn't disappoint. The kids decided before we left to grab an early dinner. The chicken finger basket was a hit with my kiddos. The bread was a little tough this time, but they liked everything else. Friendly, great service. We enjoyed our visit.“

“I'm not sure how Hartville McDonalds does it. I only go for breakfast . My order is never messed up, that esrly morning crew is friendly and hard working. I can tell there are days they are short staffed, but still the wait time it short or non-existent. The food is hot and tastes great.“

“Food is always good here, service itself often lacks. Girl working tonight, 12/18/24 around 9pm, I think her name was taylor, 10/10. Fastest best service I've ever seen here. Even warned me the handles on the bags aren't the best and to be careful. Again, 5 stars specifically because of her.“
