“Arrived at the drive at 3:40 on Saturday October 7. One car in the parking lot and none at the drive thru. We pulled up to the drive thru and the lady ask if she could take our order. This is where the customer service ended. We told her just a minute please and withing 5 seconds a gentleman as us if he could take our order and we replied just a minute please. He did this three times within a minute and we gave him the same answer then he told us to leave. There was nobody else inline neither. So we turn around in our car so we could read the menu without being so rudely interrupted. We drove up again placed our order and when picking up the order the lady at the window said she was a manager and the gentleman was the GM and that's what they were trained to say. My father-in-law was a KFY franchisee for 45 years and I was a GM for three restaurants in 43 years and I have never experienced customers service this poor any where EVER. My son was with me and he owns his own business and we were in shock by what happen. You will never get a second chance. Hopefully you will be able to hire a new GM and manager that the wepsite has posted help wanted for.“
