“All around great. Anthony was our server, he immediately gets a 10/10. This was my wife and I's first time here and we will be back. The decor was phenomenal and fit the theme perfectly. We loved the chandeliers and the wood planks hanging above the tables. The food was absolutely perfect. I got the BBQ chicken salad, and I swear I could eat that every day. Our server Anthony was on top of everything. We didn't wanit for a thing thanks to him. Anthony, if you see this, you should consider a career in fine dining. We will definitely be back. I only gave service 4 stars because Mom and I shared a burger that was not supposed to have sauce (she thought it was too spicy when she tasted the sample). It did and she liked it! They can't really do anything about the atmosphere because it's in the food court at Southpark Mall.“

“Yesterday we went to Amici pop up bar for a late lunch. There was 4 of us in our party. We were greeted with a very happy and pleasant girl that directed us upstairs for the romantic pop up bar for Valentines Day. The ambiance was spot on for a perfect meal. 3 of the 4 of us got the chicken parmigiana. Absolutely delicious! Best I’ve had ever! The chicken was moist, breading and sauce was delicious and we were sad when it was all gone. Because we ate every bite. Our server, Chris (who was also the bartender) was extremely nice, spent some time chatting with us. We felt so welcome. He didn’t rush us and gave us some history on the restaurant. We will definitely be back very soon. 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend Amici’s. ❤️“

“Fries were cooked well... staff was kind .. the staff needs to pay attention to their surroundings and what they are touching.. i saw a gentleman go from front to back through a silver metal door 3 times while I was there, and not once did he change his gloves.. he's "hands" may have been clean, but his gloves were not clean enough to touch people's food .. gloves give a false sense of cleanliness and sanitation. Please offer a review along with education on this ...“

“First time ordering from Big Star thanks to a pizza group I’m in on FB. Expansive menu including pastas, salads, burgers yes burgers, some Greek options and other Italian options. I can’t wait to order from here again. The person taking my order was super friendly. Pizza came out amazing. Ordered the New York style with all veggies and a side of garlic dipping sauce. Also Not greasy either. Crispy and balanced. So so yummy. Ordered the breaded mixed veggies as well. Delish breading. Recommend.“

God knows I love a good hot dog. he told me to try the fries next time so I went back to try the fries and they were delicious as well. “On business trip to US, i had dinner at Five Guys in Middleburg Heights. I ordered the Cheese Burger with lettuce tomato and large fries and a peanut butter milkshake.
The burger was pretty good, not amazing but quite good - the fries were tasty and i received A LOT in the bag :) However the highlight was the shake, real tasty and recommended“

“Bar maid's boy friend was at the end of the bar. Needless to say he got 80% of her attention. It was difficult to spend money or get a drink. Food tasted great. Although my French dip sandwich came with enough dip for about two bites. I would guess it was just the bar maid doing a poor job. She spent a lot of time in the kitchen. The Thursday day bar tender needs a different job. I will return hoping for better service.“

“Will I go to Culver's for a variety of foods. I just tried the pot roast Sandwich yesterday. I would get that again. Also last week I tried the lemon crumble custard. Can't wait to have that again. However I would prefer if they left the crumble out. Regardless this is one of my go-to places. And I only go to a few.“
