“My kind of place! The bartender and customers made it super enjoyable. Everyone is so friendly. Went on a Sunday and got a monthly membership. They have the patrons bring food that day, and the pool table was open. Drinks were perfect. Had two TV's playing football, and there's a small patio out back to smoke. Basically this is the perfect place if you enjoy a quiet and laid back atmosphere that makes you feel at home.“
“Visited this place while on the road last Saturday. I cannot remember the bartenders name, but she was absolutely amazing!! She was just so cheerful and bright, it helped us get through another 6 hours of driving back to Chicago. Getting drinks was quick and the food came out shortly after. Food is reasonably priced and portion sizes were plenty!“
“Def dive bar vibe. Owner Tobey is a quiet, local country boy, laid back, salt of the earth kinda guy. 1st impression, he look like a "grumpy ol' man" but he is far from! He's got a quiet, come outta nowhere sense of humor that will zing ya right quick! Don't judge a book by its cover! Wings are AWESOME! FRIES TOO!! He's got malt vinegar in the back; just ask for it! He aims to please! Be respectful, be nice, you'll have a great time! Best things about ANY dive bar: great food, great company! Worst things about ANY dive bar: old, appears dirty BUT ISN'T, duct tape fixes anything.Clover is all that and MORE! POSITIVELY MORE! Wear your work attire, comfy jeans, etc. you'll be happy! If you're looking for 5 star, boujee drinks, service/crowd, this is NOT the right place y'all! However, if you say: ain't, fittin' to, y'all, yins, cattywampus, or hankerin' you'll be in the right place!!Thanks Tobey!! Enjoy y'all! ?“
“The BEST wings around. There aren't many sauces on their menu, but the few they have are amazing. I highly recommend the dank sauce on the wings. TheParking: The parking lot is located behind the bar. There are two ways to access it: on Walnut Street or through the Webb's Parking Lot. Parking lot is gravel and sort of bumpy, so the handicap access of the place is not the best.“
“This place is phenomenal excellent food I have chicken parmesan wife had steak salad and I also got a side of chili which was absolutely the best meaty Hardy zesty flavorful chili I've had and I don't know who could compare to that a chili cooking contest winner for sure. I even ordered a quart to go.DELICIOUS.“
“Everything was fantastic!! Ryan was our waiter and he was very helpful and attentive to our needs!! We also got to see our previous waiter Chewy who is always a delightful person to see!! Thank you Condado staff for making our experience great each time!!“
“We ordered take-out today for family Easter dinner. My experience was top notch from my initial phone call on Saturday night to the restaurant inquiring about available menus, etc to driving away with my order on Sunday. Cameron was wonderfully pleasant on the phone and my order was 100% correct, which seems to be a real problem for so many restaurants lately. Not here. She even carried my huge order to the car.Support local restaurants people, and start with this one!“
“This place was FANTASTIC. It IS a cash only business, which I didn't know at the time, so make sure to stop by the ATM before you go. But the Sausage Sandwiches were fantastic, the French fries were "fair style" and perfectly cooked, and the service was top notch. Its clearly a place for the locals who seem to be down to earth and friendly people. I was from out of town but felt right at home. Will be stopping by again soon.“
“We have an excellent lunch. My daughter and I had the mini tenderloin sandwiches with fries. The tenderloin was cooked to perfection. My wife had roasted chicken and hers was prepared perfectly too. I also added the lobster bisque. It had small pieces of lobster and was the best bisque that I have ever had. The service was excellent. The atmosphere is very relaxing and I would not hesitate to come back here the next time we are in DC.“
“First time there. Parking was average. Typical bar with food when you walk in. I found the booth seating incredibly comfortable. I'd have liked more options on parts of the menu, but again, a bar/restaurantso its just fine. I did like that the sandwiches were a little different than I am used to seeing.I got a french dip and my friend got a wedding soup sandwich. Both with fries but wow it was good! And the fries...yes please! They were amazing! My sandwich was actually thick cut roast beef. Portions were decent enough to have to take some home. Oh, and reheated...both sandwich and fries were still good ( i did use toaster oven/air fryer though).Service. Service was great. Like really really great. Not pushy, yet very helpful. Knew menu. Tended to patrons with balance. Service is usually the biggest factor for me if going back, and I'll be back. My friend I was with was right to recommend.“
