We needed takeout containers because we couldn't that much food!! Very reasonably priced even if you're on a budget.“

“RIp’s Cafe is a hidden jem located in Struthers Ohio. It was always known for is bar & Hungarian dishes, However they have much more to offer. A nice menu of comfort foods. A complete & stocked bar, which never disappoints. 6 TV’s for all of your sports viewing. The bar staff & servers are always on point with service. The atmosphere is always relaxed and inviting. I love meeting friends there for a bite to eat or watching the game. They have parking in the front & rear of the building. Lots of seats at the bar or hi tables. Rip’s is always an enjoyable spot for me to hang out, you will enjoy it too…“

“We stopped in here on a whim. We've heard good things but never bothered to try it... until tonight. First off, let's talk about service. Absolutely phenomenal and I can not stress that enough. Mike and his team absolutely killed it! Our waters were constantly full, our cocktails were delicious and the one on one conversation was excellent and this was on a fairly busy night. Every seat at the bar was full and atleast 3/4 of the dining room was full.DRINKS: All of our cocktails were excellent and their whiskey/bourbon selection is damn near second to none.APPS: Chicken tenders, pretzel, hot peppers, and confit wings were all exceptional.DINNERS: Chicken & Street corn salad, Blueberry chicken sandwich, Portobello melt, and Chicken stir fry were all exquisite.DESSERT: Oreo cheesecake was excellent.We will absolutely be back!“

“Came in tonight on my birthday. John was working and he was great! So friendly, answered all of our questions, we came in a bit later and he did not rush us. We had such a great time and chatted with John a bit. There are so many bars out there but the set up was special, and so was the service. Beer drinkers, you will love the selection, others will enjoy the hard liquor available, but everyone will enjoy the ambiance and friendly service you'll get when going to whistle and keg! “A little late on writing reviews so figured I'd start getting caught back up. This bar and grille is a local semi-dive bar with cold beer and terrific food. On this visit, my friend and I sat at the bar as it was busy due to a small work party going on as well. We enjoyed a cold beer while we perused the menu. They are known for their burgers but I was stuck on wanting to order the sausage sangwich and boy I was not disappointed. The sausage patty was absolutely delicious served topped with provolone, peppers and onions on a grilled bun and a side of fries to accompany (Sadly, I forgot to take pics). In asking one of the owner's who was behind the bar, he told me that the sausage is made locally right up the street at DePizzo's sausage. I know this place to have fantastic homemade sausage but a fire at their small facility shut them down a few years ago but they still make it in limited quantities and Shaker's is one of the beneficiaries of this deliciousness. The owner ended up chatting with us for approx. 45-minutes where he bought us a few rounds of beers on top of a few shots since Christmas was right around the corner. Great little spot and I need to get back to try their burgers. I'll update once I've done so.“

“My new favorite hang out! The wings are amazing, the prices are great. Service is wonderful. Plus it's a historic building in Youngstown so why not stop and visit. It's cozy with a laid back atmosphere where you can just relax with friends.“

“Teenie's is a local bar. Friday's they serve handmade pierogi's and fish baked, broiled or fried. Other side dished include cole slaw and mac and cheese which are all delicious but get there early because they draw a big crowd or call and order a pickup to go.“

“I believe this is a private club but I could be mistaken about that. I've been here many years ago but I went with a group of people who were frequent regulars and its possible that they were members and I was their guest. Back then, in the early 2000s, I enjoyed myself in the presence of the patrons, a bar room full of people who were obviously all good friends which created an atmosphere that felt both fun and relaxing to say the least, all of these regulars treated me with welcoming kindness and acceptance. They served food and of course I ordered pasta which was totally amazing, the kind of amazing that could only be cooked by someone's grandmother born in Italy and brought with her a well guarded family recipe. If you have the opportunity to do so, definitely come here and experience this for yourself, I can promise you that you wont regret it and you'll enjoy yourself every moment spent there.“

“In from out of town for the Easter Holiday weekend. Met family there Friday and had to have the Battered Fish and Crab Tacos. Absolutely fantastic!! Have not been here in a few years, and was great then, still great now! Service was typical spot on. We sat outside and lots of room. If you have not been here, come!!Parking: Plenty of parking, several open areas even on a Friday Fish Night!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp, wheelchair accessible but probably requires some effort due to angle and door on the side lot. Didn't checkout the accessibility on the other entrance areas.“
