“I love going and eating at the diner it is family owned all the staff r very friendly the food is amazing. The best thing I had was the Reuben sandwich but if you really want to try something really good they have freshly homemade baked pies. The best one I’ve had is the peanut butter one. stop in sometime and say hello. It is a friendly family owned business.“

“This restaurant is like a gold mine to me! Everything is homemade and delicious! The staff is very friendly and the portions are large enough to almost always have leftoversto get to enjoy another day. Today I tried the cabbage roll and it was just like my Mom used to make (great memory for me) I met so many nice staff members - and they even remember me and what I ordered last time. Pretty cool! Do yourselves a favor and stop in at Kay's for some yummy food....you won't be disappointed - trust me.“

“This place was outstanding! Greetings with a smile! Where do I start from the customer service, to the food, to the laughter, all the way to the affordability. This place is a must go! For breakfeast, ask for Kim one of many great waiters. And plus they got different kinds of pie! I'm from vegas amd very picky about service but this folks nailed. Every point! Thank you to the staff and see you next year

“My first time here was tonight. I got a Gyro combo. So I did not get to eat my food for 45 mins, (driving to our destination and then waited about 20 mins to eat.) but the fries were still crispy and delicious! The gyro….absolutely incredible. The flavors are out of this world. Will be returning because I’d like to try more menu items!!“

“we have been coming here for a while now and every time we come it's nothing but a great pleasure. Nate and Josh the bartenders are some of the best bartenders we have ever dealt with. “I wish I had of taken pics of our plates! The food is so mouth watering good 😋😋 and you get plenty! We had the filet minion (spelled wrong) 🙃 but believe me you WILL NOT be disappointed! We were headed to UPS in Austinburg and saw this on the way out there, didn't know what was on the menu, but baebee the food is so delicious. “Today was our 1st time at Mugs Restaurant. my wife has Alzheimer's and a gentleman saw us come in, and me taking care of her while in the restaurant. we were leaving and he came up to us and thanked me for what I'm doing for her. we shook hands and I introduced him to Mary Ann. His name is Jim, and he also paid our bill. I wish to thank him again. It was a nice 1st visit, and the food was excellent. we will go back again. Again, Thank You Jim.“
