“Why does anyone think this is good chicken? I got it last week for the first time and was not impressed. It was greasy had almost no flavor and their dipping sauce is disgusting. If it were crispy and there were additional sauces to choose from it would be tolerable. Considering its overpricedand very underwhelming I will not be back. Also if the chicken "fingers" were any smaller they should be called nuggets.“

“My wife and I brought some international students from Kent State to 5 Guys to experience some of the best burgers in town! They don’t disappoint!“

“We went to the one in Kent;
I like it's arrangement better than the one in Stow.
My husband had a Spinach Salad, with a Chicken breast added.
I had a Southwest Salad.
The tortilla chips were markedly rancid; you could smell and taste it.
When I told the waitstaff, she said she would tell the manager.
Good customer service would have been for the manager to have come to our table to speak with us; and for there to have been an adjustment on the bill.
That didn't happen.“

“It was a pretty good Arby's. Stopped in after hitting up Menards. The service was a little slow at first, but it was near lunch time rush and I'm sure they're hurting with staffing just like every other fast food joint. The service was friendly though and polite. Once we did get to order, the food came out pretty quickly. Everything came out as ordered and was good. Definitely use the app to save them $$$.

Parking: There was plenty of parking available when we went. If even there wasn't, there's multiple lots within decent walking distance. It's angled parking though, which I hate, but understand it's what they like to use to save space.“

I'm usually next door at the bar,I order online and walk over. It's easy for people give a negative review when something goes wong,but not many give a positive review when everything goes well. “This place was amazing! we were so thankful to find out they offered gluten free subs! that is awesome when you have 2 out of 5 people in your family with Celiacs Disease. they do not have a kids meal gluten free bread though, but they still gave us the kids price. it was seriously such a blessing because you cant order food for everyone and tell the 6 year old too bad you cant eat here. we appreciated that they also sold gluten free cookies to go with the kids meal! seriously, this place is amazing and we do plan on returning.“

“For fast food Chinese its pretty good.. we always get the chow main as a side dish. And usually the orange chicken,and a beef dish. Crab Rangoon are good. Would be better with a plum dipping sauce vs their sweet and sour. But for 2 people to eat for under $25.00 one of the best values for eating out“

“I had went into this Subway to order a meatball sub, I know I had to use the bathroom but not so soon, I thought nothing of it until I had noticed this homeless looking man leave the bathroom 5 minutes prior, I had went into the bathroom and laid my eyes upon this sickening discovery. Luckily one of the nicest workers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting named Ryan cleaned this up so quick and efficiently, I watched him get on all fours and lick it inside out till there was no spot left, even being so selfless as to crease his Jordan 1's. I never got my meatball sub but this astounding service couldn't go unnoticed.
