Wendy's in Lancaster

“i usually don’t like to leave reviews on fast food places unless it’s bad but omg this wendy’s made me the perfect burger. the bun was centered with the patty, no tomatoes or pickles like i asked, and just the right amount of mayo. i needed to say how thankful i am because i almost asked for light mayo as other wendy’s put too much sometimes!! keep up the good work yall!“

“I tend to order pickup here and inevitably there is always something missing. You would think I'd learn to check everything before I leave, lol. Thankfully they always make it right, but it is a bother having to go back. The staff is friendly, but need to work on their greeting customers skills. I stood in line for over five minutes behind two other customers. They never acknowledged us until one of the customers asked if they were taking orders or did we need to go through the drive through.
This is still a good place to eat and, I would recommend. But if you're picking up, check your order.“
