“I ordered a sugar-free vanilla cold brew while I was grocery shopping as a treat because I don’t normally consume caffeine and sweets anymore. However, when I got home, I accidentally knocked it over and spilled the entire thing over my kitchen counter. I had to go back to Kroger to get an item that I forgot, intending to buy another coffee while I was there, but when they found out what happened, they gave me one gratis. I was really touched by their kindness because it had been a particularly bad day. One small act of kindness can make someone’s world!“

“Iced Chai tea cinnamon dolce is my all time favorite! We walked in, the drive-thru was very busy. It took a long minute to be served, but I could see how well all the employees worked together. I don't care for the take out and online orders sitting on the front counter. Anyone could grab your order and walk out with it.“
