Staff was over the top nice and the worst part of the visit was deciding what to order because EVERYTHING looked delicious from the huevos rancheros (which I got and highly recommend) to a plate of nachos that could feed a small army to the breakfast burritos our group ordered they were all fantastic. Topped my huevos off with the best cantarita I've ever had. This is going to become a new regular place to come for sure. Such a varied menu --will take us a long time to try everything. “My husband & I went to Otherworld today & my husband loves hot dogs so we had to try Bowzers out! We ordered a coney dog, junkyard dog & a chicago style dog. All three dogs were delicious, generous portions of toppings on each one. The buns were soft & held up through the wetness from the chili & relish. Though the hot dogs come with forks, knives & a nicely wrapped thick napkin, in case the bun decides to cave in! Bowzers was a quick 3 minute drive from Otherworld & there were plenty of parking spaces & places to sit & enjoy our lunch on this nice day! Service was quick & the owner working was very nice. “I truly cannot imagine having our wedding anywhere other than Pinnacle. From the very first time we toured the venue to the final moments of our wedding night, working with Lisa and her team was an absolute DREAM.

The venue itself is stunning, and we were incredibly lucky to have the most gorgeous weather for our wedding day. Everything came together more beautifully than I could have imagined. But even if the weather hadn’t cooperated, I know without a doubt that Lisa would have found a way to make our day just as special.

Lisa was truly incredible throughout the entire planning process. She was always reachable, answered every question, and handled every detail with so much professionalism and care. There is already so much to think about when planning a wedding, and having someone who made me feel like everything at the venue was completely under control was invaluable.

And the FOOD!! Our guests are still talking about how amazing everything was. It was such a crowd pleaser and made an already incredible evening that much more memorable.

Pinnacle gave us everything we could have hoped for in a wedding venue and more. I was eating my dessert and was dissatisfied at the taste and just from her looking at my face she saw an offer to exchange it with something that was more pleasant. Not only did she offer me a new dessert that I had not tried but gave me different ideas to try different things on the menu. She took the time to make me and my daughter feel special on her birthday and I would love to hear a follow up that she receives some sort of recognition because this type of customer service is rare these days.“

After looking so forward to another lunch of lobster bisque I have to say that I was disappointed with today’s lunch the soup had a good flavor but I found only a couple of scant pieces of lobster the club sandwich had too much bread and the bread was dry the prices were pretty outrageous for a lunch my partner had soup of the day which was mushroom soup again the broth was thin and watery mushrooms must have been left in the soup pot. I will definitely give it another chance when the weather cools a l title“

“It was my first time in Ohio and read about this place. Stopped in and had an amazing conversation with the owners. They were unfortunately closed due to technical issues but offered me a free Sample platter for my troubles. It was one the sweetest acts of kindness I’ve experienced in so long. The real selling point was the food though. The brisket was juicy and flavorful and the greens were the best I’ve ever had. Looking forward to coming back and trying the a jerk chicken.“
