Usually don't have to wait for very long either, never more than 5 to 10 minutes. The workers are very friendly and always so sweet at the window. Only downfall was service - regular customer came up to the counter to get a coffee refill and the female worker there advised him they were too busy for her to get his coffee refill, found that rude. “We had an great time at the Brew Kettle on Saturday when we were visiting for the Fantasy Football Expo. This is a dining experience that you don't want to miss out on. The Steak Sub is truly one of a kind and I've had many, many steak subs in my life. This is one of the best and every beer I had from their own brewery, was crisp and tasty as well. The Fire Smoked applesauce shouldn't be passed on either. The service was excellent also and our server Danielle even helped us with any questions that we had about the many different beers on the menu. We'll definitely be back in the future. Thank you!“

“I don't know why this place isn't more packed than it is. It always seems to be close to empty but the food quality is fantastic and the service was fantastic. The interior of the building is modern and clean. Everything was clean. It kind of reminded me of Lucas in downtown Canton. The only thing I will say was that for this type of weather that building was a little bit cold but I guess you can kind of expect that with the open ceiling concept. I highly recommend it. We went to four restaurants on our date night and we didn't realize that it was winter formal and all four of them had 2-hour waits. We went to bugsy's and got right in.“

“I'm not sure how Hartville McDonalds does it. I only go for breakfast . My order is never messed up, that esrly morning crew is friendly and hard working. I can tell there are days they are short staffed, but still the wait time it short or non-existent. The food is hot and tastes great.“

Unlike some restaurants that don’t meet the high standards of the brand, this location excels in every way. I eat here almost every day because I know I can count on fast service, quality food, and an overall great experience.
