“Old Bardstown Crossing location :: I’m from 2hrs away and wanted something new and different while visiting my grandmother. This was a very refreshing option in a slew of bigger restaurants! The portions are VERY generous and everything is made right in front of you. Clean eating and doesn’t sit heavy on you. The storefront was clean and the two workers on duty were nice and always working hard.“

OMG 🤤🤤🤤 I ordered the “parilla hay mama” and it comes with 4 tacos in double corn tortillas (skipped those) with cilantro and onions. I got al pastor. They give you a couple lime wedges, some radishes and even a small cheese quesadilla. You also get a side or super fresh rice and beans with a strip of queso fresco. OMG this is so good lol 😂 Nice size chips and salsa. Those were kind of basic but it’s just because the actaul food is amazing! Also ordered a chili relleno and it was really good.“

I would not typically order wings from a taco joint, but after being advised they're great, we tried them and I can't disagree! Magnificent. And the sauce they serve is far from a conventional wing sauce, but it's delicious! I highly recommend this place in every aspect. Oh, and the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. “I feel like a secret has been kept from me...I did a search for "smoothie near me", looking for a healthy smoothie to take to my husband who was stuck at UC West Chester. Currito (what?) comes up on my phone so I follow the directions to Currito. I walked in to a sparkling clean restaurant and was greeted by a friendly staff member. Greeted. Friendly. I'm serious. I shared with this friendly staff member that I've never been to their store and I just need to stare at the menu for a moment. He offer to read off the menu to me. I'm still serious. I ended up ordering a Jimmy Carter and a Thai salad. I complimented the staff for their wonderful service and was then approached by Ashley, the manager, who thanked me for my compliments. No, really! It has been quite a while (maybe never this combination) since I was greeted by a friendly staff member upon entering an incredibly clean and organized restaurant who fulfilled my order to perfection and was then approached by a management staff who gave a care. I will be back. I will share with anyone who will listen to visit this restaurant who serves clean and healthy food because they care. They are doing the right thing. And they're killing it!! Bravo, guys.“

“Kozue has quickly become our favorite sushi spot in Cincinnati. The sushi is incredibly fresh, the rolls are generous and flavorful, and the menu truly offers something for everyone, even if you don’t eat fish. The ramen was outstanding, and they even offer a gluten-free rice noodle ramen, which is such a rare find. On top of that, the staff is consistently kind, helpful, and attentive. We loved it so much that we were back again within a week!“

“I am a couple weeks late to writing this - I got the mediterranean bowl and it was PERFECT literally so good didn’t ask for anything to be changed and this was the most yummy food I have ordered out in forever, amazing taste and portions were generous, they gave me a ton of everything! it was just delicious, either this location or tylersville - we can’t remember right now but they gave us the most delicious food and service! the ladies working the front were so amazing to my husband and I when we came in with our baby, they gave us something special for our next visit too and that meant so much we just lost our dad unexpectedly two weeks ago right before christmas so these ladies don’t understand what their random act of kindness meant after we paid for our food! thank you for such a great experience we look forward to coming back seriously craving the mediterranean bowl right now!! currito needs to come to the west side of town“

“I am so disappointed and embarrassed. I had family coming from out of state. 3 hours before they arrived we ordered a cheese pizza and grape walnut salad for our vegetarian family. We went to pick up the pizza 3 hours later. When we got back with the pizza,we found that it was a pepperoni pizza. The salad was not grape walnut, but it was topped with bacon. It was too late to switch out due to the fact that they were already waiting on dinner! So disappointed! I cannot reccomend them any more.“

“Stopped in this evening 30 minutes before close. Both of the employees were so nice and so wonderful, it was such a nice experience which makes me want to return. They deserve a raise! Chips are kept in a warmer and were fresh, even late, food tasted amazing and I loved all of the unconventional options! I had to take off a star because of the pricing and lack of kids meal options. Kids only have an option of a cheese quesadilla or black bean and rice bowl (no protein), no tacos, and this is really unfortunate. If your child likes anything more than that, you'll be paying $12 for a regular size bowl or burrito that they will eat 1/3 of. I'd love to see different kids options and more reasonable pricing. We love the employees here though, they made our night!“

They were apologetic especially since it was a sensitivity issue and they remade the sandwich without that ingredient.Fantastic staff, great food, and an overall good experience.I look forward to coming back!

We have been regular Blaze Pizza customer fanatics (😁🥰) for years! We have a second home in TX and regularly eat at the Cedar Park location and we were regulars at the West Knoxville, TN location (where we had our 2nd home there) so we KNOW Blaze Pizza!
The Mason, OH location is fairly new. HOWEVER, the staff have everything down perfectly! We went in for the first time to this location to have lunch. As expected, all the food was fresh and the restaurant was clean and orderly. We ordered a Caesar salad to have with our pizza and everything about the Caesar was perfect and scrumptious; fresh romaine, freshly grated Parmesan and a delicious Caesar dressing. This is an incredible buy at $5.99 and it’s a huge salad. We always get the build your own pizza. This is a phenomenal buy as you are able to get as many, and as much, of the toppings as you want! I always get my pizza well done because I prefer it to be more crisp and sturdy to hold the abundant toppings that I choose. I always have one to two more meals from the leftovers.
Do yourself a favor and go to this wonderful restaurant. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!💓“

“I changed my review from 2-star to a 5-star. There was an issue with my order, and it happened a couple of times. At first, I didn't think much about it - stuff happens. People are making sandwiches and sometimes orders are a bit off. But when it repeated, I ended up writing a poor review.

The store manager immediately followed up and called me about the issue. He was very courteous, and to me, it speaks volumes about how he does care about his service and the customers. I feel bad to have harshly judged the establishment, but I think in the end we are all better for it. The store hopefully is more careful in making their orders, and I probably will think before I write a harsh review. I'll definitely do business with this store and recommend it to others.

This might seem much ado about an order of sandwiches, but there's more to it. The follow-up by the manager is what customer service is about. He went above and beyond. In an industry where the margins are slim and establishments are dealing with perishables, I understand the pressure the stores have.“

“I ordered the Angus beef hamburger & it was one of the best I’ve had in Cincinnati & definitely the best that I have had at that price point. I liked the way they had the pickles & Dijon mustard on the side, I used both & the pickles seemed homemade. My side was coleslaw & that was delish as well. I ordered online for pickup & even though they had a lot of cars in the drive through, my order was made quickly. I definitely recommend!!“

He always makes sure my food is all correct before just leaving & both times he’s noticed i was EXTREMELY pregnant.
