“Literally moaned when I got to my car and bit into my sub!! I was only s'posed to eat half! The gentleman who greeted me and helped prepare my sandwich had me smiling long after I left the store! You just don't get customer service like that (most places) anymore. Great fries...I mean the whole potatoes were RIGHT THERE!! Nice easy location off the highway too.“

“This is my favorite Dairy Queen location! On summer nights there is usually a line at the drive through, but it moves at a decent pace. Everyone that works there has always been very friendly. “It was cold morning 3/25/2024. The time was 10:32am and alas, McDonalds stopped serving breakfast. I rushed over to Chick Fil A to see if they could help. It was past their time as well but no complaints and they gave us a chicken mini basket of 40 really fast! Best experience ever!“

I also got a cup of dark chocolate decadence frozen custard. The employees I interacted with were polite & helpful. I was given a number & asked to pull forward & wait for my order. An employee brought it out within 4 minutes. I was impressed that the fries were steaming hot! The spicy chicken sandwich was good & made as I requested. I always enjoy the frozen custard - yum! “This Canes Location was great! I had a rough day, was hungry, and the drive through attendees were friendly, efficient, genuinely smiley, and boy were they FAST! I couldn't even get a single text out in line at the drive through!I gave both the register and food window attendants my compliments and they both smiled bright happy smiles. You could tell this crew was proud of their great service. GREAT JOB to the store mangers and crew!! That is a rare sight and it made my day!!“

“The food Is always hot and fresh! on a typical Friday, the electricity went out in that area because of a car hitting a telephone pole so I pull up to the drive thru not knowing this had occured so one of the young men that was working there was outside cleaning windows and he had approach my car and say excuse me ma'ma, we are not open right now and he explained the electricity outrageous being cut off so he hand me a "Free meal card" and he say thank you for coming and I promise him, I will show him appreciation for that and the kindness he serves! “Y’all! Let me tell you about two things: amazing Amelia and this wild Skyline chili.As someone from Texas, I was very skeptical about chili that comes on top of spaghetti. The more I ate it though, the more I just thought it’s weirdness kept tasting better with every bite.On top of that, I got to experience the positive, fun-loving, super kind Amelia. She lit up the restaurant with her huge smile and was so fun exploring the menu with. I wanted the Cincinnati experience and I got it. “A little backstory: we had been traveling (flying, to be specific) for the past 5 hours and I had starving kids. It was after 9pm, and we went through the Anderson Skyline drive through for a late dinner. When we arrived home I discovered they had forgotten my child’s cheese for her three way. I called the store and asked for my options, explaining that we had been out of town and I literally had nothing to even “quick-fix” the situation. The manager asked if I could drive back to the store, and we did. Not only did the manager remake our entire order, he threw in extra cheese for my kid, extra crackers, graham crackers, Yorks, and Andes Mints. I am beyond impressed that he went so above and beyond to rectify this wrong; his simple gesture really helped the awful situation become very tolerable.“
