“We stopped in for lunch on Sunday. There were 4 of us, and we all chose something different so we could share. The pizza was delicious, perfect crust and flavorful toppings. The Appetizers were so good, next time I will have one of everything. Go, don't wait for tomorrow,..?“
“I don't usually write reviews, and I'm sure of all reviews mine doesn't make too much difference - but I could not let this one go without saying how truly amazing this was. My server Sarah (apologies if not spelled correctly) was absolutely amazing - gave me a free lil palette cleanser of the passion fruit sorbet (freaking amazing). You go in expecting to pay a good bill, but honestly it was SUPER reasonable for the amount of food I got, the service, food quality, and the environment.I felt super comfortable eating alone here, too, so bonus points for that. Also - the food is incredible. My taste buds were so jazzed about it. If I could recreate the sauce that came with the veal short rib, I'd put it on everything haha.Anyway, kudos to the chef, and kudos to my amazing waitress Sarah. Would come back to Cincinatti for this restaurant ❤️“
“This is our favorite place. The food is awesome. The gnocchi is incredible. Sam is a great waiter. Wednesday wine night is perfect. Oh yeah forget your diet tonight. Get the bread then the donuts for dessert. Yeah donuts. You can trust me. I'm not like the others.“
“Best pizza in Cincinnati. We ordered margherita and hawaiian pizzas, and they were both perfect. Il Gusto pizza is ultra thin and crispy with high quality ingredients. The margherita especially was fantastic, and even my young children loved it.The greek salad was fresh with a house made dressing. We wished there were whole kalamata olives, but it was still delicious.“
“I love everything about VV. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The espresso macchiato is perfection in a beautiful teal blue cup. I love to enjoy one in the front window and watch the happenings of Mt. Lookout square. VV is not just a coffee shop though, they also have delicious pastries, sandwiches, meals, and drinks.“
“Pretty good food. Fennel spice used in lasagna, which is a personal taste, and lasagna is fairly spicy. Pork dish is mostly dry and tough with mashed potatoes being slightly above average. Bread is fresh and very tasty with hints of yeast. Overall, our party preferred Carrabba's.“
“The food is always great here you can get pizzas, hoagies and even spaghetti. You can get different types of hoagies such as hoagies with mushroom sauce or pizza sauce or just a hoagie with pizza sauce and cheese . I have got food here for many years. You will really like this place and their foodWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp that can take you up to the door to get in.“
“I don't often give five stars, but this place makes great sandwiches. Great variety and quality. It's sad that they don't make the reuben anymore but plenty more to choose from. My current favorite is Dan's blazing buffalo chicken.“
“The experience started with our dinner party of 4 enjoying some cocktails at the bar until our table was ready. Once at our reserved table we were eventually greeted by our server who seemed a bit flustered and rushed to say the least. After some confusion with ordering we finally got our dinner drinks and food and all was well in the world. Everyone else's dishes were good overall though my "Brazed Ribs" didn't meet my expectations, which may be from being a favorite of mine at another restaurant and having some bias. The atmosphere was fantastic and we were lucky to have such wonderful weather adding positive notes. The pricing was as expected since everything is made to order which was great for my wife's Gluten Allergy concerns allowing her to substitute some ingredients in her dish for others. She definitely appreciated the extra precautions given to her allergy and came out of the experience with no negative reactions.Dietary restrictions: Everything is made to order which was great for my wife's Gluten Allergy concerns allowing her to substitute some ingredients in her dish for others. “Had dinner at Subito on Saturday night and Gina’s service was exceptional. I was there with two girlfriends, and she provided great recommendations and was a pleasure to talk to. The Short Rib Campanelle was awesome. The food / wine and atmosphere were good and we really enjoyed ourselves, but Gina made our experience.“
“Visited this past Saturday due the first time. Had the meatball appetizer and it was great. Great texture and really good red sauce. I had the grilled chicken and spinach manicotti, which had both Alfredo and red sauce. The pasta was cooked well and there was a lot of chicken. It was excellent! My family had the chicken Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. I tasted both and they were great dishes, but the manicotti was the star of the show for me. We also had some garlic knots. The rolls were crispy on the outside and light and soft on the inside. Reminded me of croissants. They were really good. I plan to return soon!“
“"Chef James at Piada is a culinary genius! The carry-out Italian food from Piada is simply delicious. The flavors are authentic, the ingredients are fresh, and the presentation is top-notch. Chef James's passion for Italian cuisine truly shines through in every dish. I highly recommend trying Piada for a taste of Italy right at your doorstep!"“
“Kid-friendliness: We brought our three kiddos ages 4,9, &11. The service was outstanding! The staff was welcoming and friendly to the kids and brought their drinks with lids on them without having to ask, (bonus!) The food was served promptly and our drinks were constantly refilled. This place is an absolute gem.“
“One of the best places to go for dinner in the Cincinnati area. Great service, pasta is incredible, and I highly recommend the braised short rib. Good options for vegetarians also. Only slight down side is the dining area feels congested wrt how close tables are to each other.“
“Food and ingredients are great. I simply do t like the intimidating people who manage the counters. One can call them outright curt. If I’m paying $13 for a regular salad, I should be made to feel as if I’m asking too much from them. Been here ~5 times and have got the same experience always. Bad. I don’t wish to visit this place again. Will miss the food.“
“This is one of the best pizzas you can get in Cincinnati! Fresh ingredients and I am allergic to pizza sauce so I get garlic butter brushed on the crust. Other pizza joints won't do that for you, but Italianette has NEVER questioned my request. ❤️❤️❤️“
“I mean the food was ok-ish I'm sorry it was just way way too salty! And both my friend & I are on low sodium diets (her for health reasons & me for moral support) our servicer was awesome ?? and the restaurant was just well there nothing stood out to me really.“
“I ordered a large catering order to be ready at 11:15am. I arrived to pick up my order and they were waiting for me when I pulled in, and even helped me load it into my car and I was back to my office by 11:22!!! The order was perfect!Great Service and Great Food!!!“
“This Carrabbas location always seems to do it right every time. Tonight was excellent, from our wine all the way to the dessert. The service was spot on, our waitress Colleen was wonderful and super helpful, she really went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable Saturday night out. There's tons of nice happy hour choices too. I cant recommend this place enough.“
“Been here several times and it's always been great! Done eat in, and take out and haven't had a complaint. Meatball hoagie is delicious and so are the pizzas! If you're in ask for the specials because it's bound to be delicious. The jalapeño popper pizza was awesome. And the staff is always friendly“
“kinda slipping lately - food is slow to come out of the kitchen, and no staff, I mean no staff when we left the restaurant. Does not have that local friendly feel anymore where they are glad to see you and make sure, while you are there, that everything is good....hope it comes back!“
“What an amazing dining experience. The food was delicious and the drinks complimented the food perfectly. I recommend trying the tiramisu, and the seafood ravioli.Vegetarian options: They have a dedicated menu section for vegetarians that is still as amazing as the rest of the menu“
“The food is fantastic, I’ve had it plenty of times delivered and it’s quickly become one of my favorite slices. It’s also the go to for our office pizza lunches. Having ate at the restaurant twice now, well, still the same great food but the mom and pop atmosphere is something you don’t find often these days. When you eat there you feel like family!“
“I came in on 12/20/2023. I had received a gift card for Christmas for a free meal, this happened to me the same day I totaled my car. The manager was so very kind and told me to keep my card. I lost it in the middle of the restaurant. This man restored my faith in humanity and made my day a little brighter. He is a wonderful employee and I hope he gets recognition for his upstanding show of humanity.“
“Probably the third best NY style pizza in Cincinnati. The sauce and crust were both very good! Cheese was ok and I thought there was a bit too much garlic, but that’s just a personal preference. The biggest downside is the price - $28 for an 18inch margherita is a bit steep, especially compared to the competition. Overall though it was a solid pie - will be back to try their Detroit style pepperoni + hot honey, which seems to be their signature.“
“Our experience at Al Posto was amazing! This was our first time and we were very excited to try it. We had the scallops, spaghetti and meatballs, and the Orecchiette and it was all incredible.. especially the scallops. Cory made the recommendations not only for the entrees but wine and dessert which we also loved! Overall wonderful experience.. will definitely be back.“
“I am a customer for more than 6 years.the waiters are so friendly the food is never change(delicious)since i knew them.that is my favourite place to go with friends and families.Trust me if you will go one day you will be a permanent customer“
“We recently attended a private "pop up" dinner here. The home made pasta dishes were absolutely delicious and the best pasta that I have experienced outside of Italy. All meal courses were wonderful and unique. The chef has a true gift. The service was friendly and efficient. We will definitely return!“
“I've been wanting to go to Olive Garden for a while, but I didn't want to go by myself. Luckily, my prego BFF craved it, and we went together... The service and food were great, fresh and fast. Management even came to check and introduce herself. Their alcoholic beverages are so tasty. Clip below - salad and shrimp fritto misto, both were delish“
“I hadn’t been there in about a year. It was Good Friday and met my friend for lunch. Our server was pleasant and got us our drink order and knew exactly when to come back for the order. I wanted only a light meal and wanted to eat vegetarian. The salad was delicious and I ordered Saratoga chips. It was just the right amount of food. The restaurant was was perfect for conversation. It’s located on the CSX rail line; we could hear the trains but the sound was still ok to have conversation. Five trains passed during our lunch! It was interesting to glance and see what was the consist. Food is reasonably priced, parking not a problem.Vegetarian options: I had a side salad that had fruit and cheese on it.Parking: Plenty of options as they are at a crosssroads.“
“Awesome place one of the best Italian dining experiences in Cincinnati. If you're seeing something in the bakery on your way in to dine, get it then. Good chance it'll be gone when you come out. It's that goodParking: Popular place during peak dinner hours. Street parking near by“
