“Love the work put into caring for the cats & all, but the manager of this business is a psych0. She is a micro manager & employees end up quitting because of it. That's not fair to the cats. My neighbors daughter loved being here, but quit because of nutty manager.“

“This is the BEST coffee shop in Cincinnati. They have the sweetest most considerate staff and always have fun seasonal drink options. I’m a die hard iced white chocolate mocha fan and theirs is incredible. Their food items are also so yummy.“

“My friends and I have visited this shop a few times now, and there is a lot to like. They offer a really great menu, and we love that they are always happy to add a shot of whiskey to your coffee if you request it.
​The only major downside is that their hours can be a bit unpredictable, and they do sometimes close early or without notice. If you are planning to drive a bit of a distance to get here, my advice is definitely to call them first and check if they are open—don't just rely on the hours listed online! “Last Friday afternoon we took my granddaughter to the Maineville location (because it was closer) to pick out her birthday treat. It was a happy occasion so we went in friendly and left friendly but the kids working the counter... they must be bots!😅 They had an air of impatience, wouldn't look customers in eye or smile. Instead of leaving them a negative review, I decided to leave the Mason location a well deserved positive one. Mason has a smaller layout but is always somehow filled with a bigger selection than the other stores. We've always had warm and helpful customer service in the Mason location and we realized that good customer service is worth driving a little further. 💗“

“I recently went to the Milk Jar and it was my first time going. I found the entire experience to be pretty awesome. The ice cream was incredible, the process of watching it being made and rolled up also pretty cool. I feel the need to give a shout out to the young lady who was working solo and was getting slammed. Being the only employee there and serving 12 people at a time was both amazing and sad at the same time. “It was nice to visit Starbucks, Mason, Ohio along with the family for breakfast. It's one of the beautifully maintained and well located restaurants. We selected Egg Pesto mozzarella Sandwich, Plain Cream Cheese Bagel, Chocolate Brownie, Birthday Cake Pop, Organic Low fat milk and Coffee.\n Everything was quite delicious and the staff was super active to cater to the demands of a good load of customers. Both inside and outside, the customers can enjoy sitting. There is a big parking lot and no problem for even a big rush.\nWell Recommended for all age groups.“
