“The experience as a whole was top tier. The owner was very personable and informational she just make you wanna make better diet choices. So I was looking at the menu and talking to the owner meanwhile thinking I hope it’s as good as I want it to be and I must say that Juicy Vegan did not disappoint it was scrumptious. “We had such a great experience at Candy Cloud in Willoughby! We ordered a mix of treats, including the Blended Blue Coconut Lemonade, Birthday Cake layered, and fun add-ins like Sweet Cream Cloud Foam, Sour Blue Raspberry Boba, and Strawberry Popping Boba, everything was delicious!

The Blue Coconut Lemonade was perfectly blended, super refreshing, and had that bright, summery flavor. The Birthday Cake layered was a hit too, fluffy, sweet, and tasted exactly like real birthday cake. The boba add-ins made everything even more fun.

The staff was friendly, the shop was clean and cute, and everything tasted fresh. Even the large iced water was crisp.

“This company is one of a kind to come by in Ohio. A black owned business by a woman is greatly appreciated but also should be considered to be history in the making.
But besides that the service at anytime of day you choose to come is great. The food is also out of this world!!
The job is very well done where you can just tell that the food was made like grandma’s cooking. If you don’t know what grandma’s cooking is let me explain.
Grandma’s cooking was well prepared, thought of, served with time and patience and lastly love. Coach Gwen and Her Husband does an amazing job not only making sure the food is well prepared to the best of its standards but also served with a smile and kind words to send you on your way.

“I was not pleased with my acai bowl as it was missing ingredients. I returned with the bowl in hand and was instantly asked if there was an issue as soon as I walked in. The young man behind the counter instantly agreed to remake my bowl. You can't ask for better service than that. It's so refreshing when young adults have a wonderful attitude and know how to talk to customers.“

He was extremely patient with my son and went the extra mile with his food recommendations and making it kid-friendly. “My first visit was a resounding success! I ordered the fish sandwich and fries along with an order of soul rolls. The fish was delicious and I was really full from it, but I had to bite into one of the soul rolls. Before I knew it, I had ate half of it and I knew I was full already. It was just so delicious that I couldn’t stop taking bites. Everything was prepared fresh and I didn’t wait long either. I definitely recommend them and will be back myself.“

I was there yesterday around 530 or so, there were two staff members(a young lady and a young male), who were cursing and playing while customers were in the lobby. i ask the young man could I have my drinks because he qas so focused on her, that he seemed distracted. (puppy love, I get it). Moreover, I'm all for the young folks taking charge, but the owner should invest in more customer service training. with that being said, I know that the product sales itself, so the owner probably isn't worried about customer service.
