Absolutely the worst chipotle. You could be the only one in the drive through and it can take you 20+ minutes for food that’s done. It’s the only place I’ve been to that struggles to give you a bag. The inside is disgusting and it’s this way definitely anytime from 3pm on. I used to think it was a fluke or a busy day but it’s been like this multiple times. I’ll never come back again
My burrito had like 2 bites of meat and the rest was just rice?? Half way through i gave up and opened it, literally no meat.
Arrived at 5:55 pm on a Saturday, ( dinner time). There was only one other customer in the restaurant, who was waiting in line because their was no food prepped or ready and 80% of the employees doing nothing. It took way too long to even get acknowledged, then when asked what I would like, there was no rice, shells, beans, meat ready & what items were in the metal containers looked old and dry.
