“There’s something comforting about walking into a coffee shop and feeling instantly known. Today I tried the Team USA secret drink along with an Espresso con Panna, and it was a fun little flavor adventure. The Team USA drink absolutely delighted me — the combination of cinnamon and honey just works beautifully together, warm and slightly sweet without being overpowering.
The Espresso con Panna wasn’t quite my favorite this time, but I still appreciated trying something classic and bold. What truly made the visit special, though, was the staff. The Starbucks team anticipated what I needed and had my drinks ready almost as soon as I walked in. That kind of thoughtful service turns a simple coffee run into a genuinely uplifting part of the day.“

“As a lady of culture and fine taste , I rarely frequent chain establishments, but this starbucks takes the champagne darling! I had no idea what I wanted from the vast menu, but Kat led me to make a fine decision. She was sweet, calm and friendly as well were the other coffee baristas. Kuddos to the staff for making a welcoming and homey feeling.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks location! The team members/staff quickly learn your drinks and are such a pleasure to talk with. When I see Sofia, Alexis, Mya, Mark, Ryan, Carter, Bree, Haru, Saquina, Luke, Maddie, & Caleigh they are always so kind and I leave with a smile on my face and a delicious beverage or two. Even though I visit the cafe on most days, I have used the drive through from time to time, and it's the same friendly & efficient service I am used to receiving. If I had to name one negative, it would be their Wi-Fi could really use some improving. That said, 10/10 recommend. 🤩“

“Grace and Luke were great. I had a problem with my gift card and they were able to fix it very quickly and and had such great customer service. I live in Eastlake and it makes me want to drive all the way here to mentor just to come to this location“
