“As a lady of culture and fine taste , I rarely frequent chain establishments, but this starbucks takes the champagne darling! I had no idea what I wanted from the vast menu, but Kat led me to make a fine decision. She was sweet, calm and friendly as well were the other coffee baristas. Kuddos to the staff for making a welcoming and homey feeling.“

I have never felt more welcomed and happy leaving a DRIVE THRU line. Everyone was smiling and seemed happy to be there which feels so rare for customer service now.
