“I ordered the bacon wrapped filet with shrimp. The bacon was barely cooked and warm and the shrimp smelled very fishy and barely warm so I did not eat the shrimp and I peeled the bacon off the filet. The Parmesan mashed potatoes had good flavor but were barely warm. Our other three meals were good. Should have ordered the tomahawk pork chop - always delicious!“

“Me and the kiddo went here for Valentines day, and we were sat in this cute little corner with twinkly notes, facing the road. We don't go here often, so I didn't even know this portion of the restaurant existed. It was quite charming.

We ordered the bourbon street rum pancakes, the salmon benedict, and the veggie omelet were all delicious. Our server was excellent and dressed all cutesy as well. Loved it.“

“Picked up a carry out order from online and my order was incorrect. However, they were quick to fix it, got me a free drink and it was resolved in minutes. The staff was extremely friendly about it as well. The food was amazing!!“

“We have lived in the Burg for 15 years and somehow just today went to the Koffee Kup for the first time (I know shame on us). We thoroughly enjoyed it. It was what my heart, soul and tummy needed. Loved the atmosphere, the vibes, the people, customer service, just really super friendly people. To top it off the food was great! Excellent cheeseburger, hash browns, bacon. We will absolutely be back! The world needs more places like this.“

“This is one of our favorite spots for brunch, especially when we have out of town guests. I had to try something new this trip because we went later. I usually get the shrimp and grits (holy smokes, so good!!), but the kitchen had run out of grits. We ordered a variety of dishes to share: the salmon Benny (it came with a cooked salmon filet instead of smoke salmon which was definitely not traditional but good), the avocado toast (5/5 stars), the biscuits and gravy side (5/5, and as a southerner, I must say it's the best from a restaurant I've had), the French toast (4.5/5, you don't even need the syrup), bacon & fig jam sandwich (what a mix of sweet and salty. Heaven), and a few other items which were all very enjoyable. The drinks were spot on, as well. Our guests also purchased items from the bakery, which were all wonderful.“

“Got the premium farmhouse feast, i pick it up today and will let you know, so far the costumer serves experience has been extremely easy and professional, the management was kind with me and helped me settle a glitch the automated system made (not this stores fault) but they cleared it right up for me and made it simple for me to understand what happened and what was done to fix it. Edit after picking up farm house feast: the feast Turkey, pies, rolls, are great portions, the ham that comes with it is a little lacking, if you dont have a free ham from work id suggest getting extra ham, the sides are plastic cups with lids, about the size of a large coke from McDonald's so im glad I got 2x side lover bundle with it. The foods quality looks great, tho I won't know till Christmas day. If your severing 10 people I would go extra ham and 2x side lover just to be safe. Was it $300 worth of food? Not really but if I wanted value i would have got all of this at the grocery store and prepped it myself. The higher price is for the convenience bob evens offers in making this Christmas easy and hassle free for the whole family. And thats why it is worth it to me.“

“My dad was having trouble using the ordering system. I was on the phone with him. He asked for some help and a man named James came to help. I could hear how genuinely nice and helpful he was being. He walked my dad and step-mom thru the whole process. I know our food service workers have had the crap kicked out of them the last couple of years. Thank you, James. “Had to come eat while visiting SW Ohio. My flappers were fantastic as usual. On the other hand my husbands chunks had very little breading or what ever makes them crunchyish. He only ate about a 1/4 and couldn't finish. The server did say she would replace them but he didn't want to. Other than that I love this place.“
