I have been to a lot of sushi restaurants in several states, but this far surpasses the pretensious waiting for a month for a table, overpriced, normal fair... The chef is an artist with his craft and the hostess is welcoming and wonderful. Make a reservation, enjoy, and let it become your new hidden secret in Cleveland. The simple perfection of sushi and sashimi finally done as it should be.“

“I ordered the medium box deal and 2 chicken teriyaki dinners, with extra chicken. I only received 2 out of three items. I have the receipt proving I paid for 3 meals and the store - Brandon wouldn’t make it right. He basically said “oh well”, he trusted his employees, I get that but they are human and make mistakes. Do better next time Brandon, do better!!“

“Food was consistent with past experiences - some of the best sushi in Cleveland. We had Edamame and miso soup to start, 6 pieces of nigiri (must get seared salmon belly), and shared 3 cut rolls. Sake selection is quite good - opted for a mid tier 300ml bottle which was bright and exciting. Ambiance is good at the sushi bar - recommend sitting there if dining alone or with one other. Bathrooms could be improved (granted this is not revenue generating for the restaurant, but it felt like and afterthought compared to the rest of Ginko.)“

“I ordered from here and had my food door dashed to me. The seaweed salad was amazingly tasteful! The hibachi steak is tender and almost melts in your mouth. I absolutely love the food. I will definitely recommend and will most definitely order food from here again. Thank you so much.“

“OK, yes I gave them five stars they’re phenomenal. The food is great but I’m pissed off that they’re closed on Mondays. I just went there excited ready for a sushi boat and dammit they’re closed. That’s my only complaint other than that. They’re phenomenal. Thanks guys.“

“The staff is warm and welcoming! We’re regulars here been eating here for years with my family and were treated so amazingly, they remember our drinks,names and orders. “Just happened to be visiting in Parma Heights and always driven by without stopping in. So in the mood for Asian and passed up other Chinese restaurants decided to give this a try. On the phone they’re friendly and even in person. So I decided to get Hibachi steak and the flavor was very delicious. I was surprised that it exceeded my expectations of just the normal Chinese food. I was wrong and wished I visited sooner. I definitely will go back for Spicy Beef ?️ ? ? Soup. I only got one photo but will add soon. Definitely recommend.“

“Very good Teriyaki. Made hot and fresh every single time. The meat is so flavorful after being nice and seared on the flat top griddle. The chefs are also very good at what they do to prepare the food on the flat top. You can get extra meat, extra veggies, extra noodles, white rice, fried rice, etc. I love getting extra mushrooms. Of course all the extras include a reasonable upcharge. The chicken and shrimp teriyaki over soba noodles with extra mushrooms and one spoodle full of teriyaki sauce. It's absolutely delicious ????“
