“We came in Sunday to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was really busy. As we were walking in we were greeting by customers exiting the building telling us there were no fries or fried chicken. We were fine with that and went ahead in. We stood in line and witnessed the employees not offering up any solutions just continuing to tell customers they were our of stuff. As we bear the front if the line customers were starting to complain that this was the most expensive meal they've eaten that they wouldn't allow any upgrade or substitutions to items they all must be rang separately. To top of off they also told a customer after they swiped her card and she found out they were charging individually they couldn't give her a refund they dont do that there. WHAT??? The whole experience was crazy and handled so poorly. I get it restaurants run out of items, I also u derstand the poor cashiers have zero they can do about that HOWEVER to unapologetically tell customers nope we cant do that with no solution and where is the manager? Do better Culvers that was a very dissapointing visit and you did not get our businesses.“

“We've come here a few times. The food is always pretty good and they're accurate with the orders (which is unusual with fast food). We always get takeout and they're mostly on time and remember to ask about sauce. I only give 4 stars because we live 25 min away and the food doesn't really travel that well.“
“I've been there on several occasions. I highly recommend the atmosphere, music and food. I took a couple family members for lunch there yesterday. We had a great time. Food and service was very good.“

“BBQ pulled pork sammich with coleslaw is FANTASTIC, Carolina gold sauce on the wings out of this world!!! Best I have had outside of the Carolinas. Five stars, HIGHLY recommend ✨✨✨✨✨“

“I eat at lunch time every so often and we play euchre. It’s a very friendly atmosphere. Michele is a saint to put up with my crap! lol! We always have a good time and she is a very, very good cook! I am John Picklesimer but I am on my wife’s account.“
