“Today’s visit was terrible. Pizza had huge bubbles that were charcoaled and bottom wasn’t baked. Service was not good either. A small place that somehow accommodated a party of 10, 8 of which were loud teens. We were moved to accommodate these guests and they didn’t behave like someone their age should. Ruined a Sunday evening meal.“

“Ashley helped us with a gift card fiasco(Something called Feeding America). It was Mother's Day and very crowded. She spent time with us even though she was needed elsewhere. SO IMPRESSED! We definitely will be back. BTW food was excellent!“

“Keep the extended delivery range! Had a great experience ordering delivery. Everyone I was in contact with was super friendly, from the person taking my order over the phone to the delivery driver. Received my order quickly and it was still hot!“

“Sat at the food bar near the wood fire grill. Loved interacting with the pizza makers. The eggplant parmigiana is wood fired as an appetizer and our favorite. We also shared the pasta bolognese and the pork chop which was finished with capers, lemon and butter. All were terrific!“

“I had an awesome experience at Olive Garden thanks to the two Kates working together! They were both incredibly friendly, had amazing attitudes, and made me feel welcome right away. They acknowledged me quickly and took my order with a smile. I think they both need a raise“

“Y’all, Francesca is the best. These are the best croissants I have had in Cincy, and some of the best coffee. I came in to pick up a birthday cake and Francesca spoke with me in Italian and was so, so kind and generous. Definitely go see this place.“

“We had a great experience at Olive Garden! Everything we ordered was really delicious. The only small issue was that the Zuppa Toscana was served cold, but aside from that, the meal was excellent.
Our server, Jason, was marvelous! He was friendly, outgoing, attentive, and really went the extra mile to make sure we had a great dining experience. His service more than made up for the small issue with the soup. We'll definitely be back!“

“Coming all the way from Houston to try this pizza among other things was definitely one of the highlights to my trip.
Pizza looked so good I didn't even take the time to take a picture of it.
I had a small Deep dish pizza with chicken spinach n jalapenos. Hats off to the chef because that was the best pizza I've had in a long time n I'm a very picky eater. Saucey cheesy and delicious.“

“I will always like Angelo's pizza. Grew up eating it. That being said, I don't care too much for the crust now. Fluffy and thick, not like it used to be. I prefer the old crust any chance of getting it back.“

“The service was top notch! It was evident they were short staffed as soon as we walked in with no hostess to greet or seat us. BUT....Deeana was amazing! She recommended a few dishes and none of the dishes disappointed. The Fra Diavolo, Pasta Bravo, Eggplant Parm, and Chicken Alfredo were delicious. The bread and oil were also delicious. Thanks for a great experience!“

“Got a hand tosses medium cheese pizza and cinnamon bread and just...wow, not only was the pizza DIVINE, but the service provided by Gunner was extraordinary, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, it made me feel appreciated as a customer, as if I was dining at a 3 Michelin star restaurant. I will definitely be back to this jets location.“

“Had lunch with my daughter on Sunday 12th and I must say this was the best Italian food I have had. I highly recommend it and can't wait to go back. Oh and five stars to or waiter Preston great service and you made the visit so much fun thank you. 💫💫💫💫💫“
