“I’m a frequent customer to this Dunkin location. I’ve met the manager multiple times during my visits as he is working the drive thru , always pleasant and friendly. The staff overall is very nice and always pleasant.Todays visit was the only exception to not getting five stars. This could have been a five star review, but based on today’s customer service experience, it sadly will only be a 4 star review.This morning I placed a mobile order for 30 minutes before arriving to the location, give me enough time to have my order prepared ahead of time. If I arrive to the location and went inside to pick up my mobile order, since the line was very long as it normally is during this time, which is understandable, that’s why I placed a mobile order because I know that having one less person getting in line, can keep things moving right along. I was able to approach the counter and let them know that I was here to pick up my mobile order. The lady at the front was very nice and was gathering my items for me.However, the secondary lady who was spoken to about getting a latte together for my order, made it very rude and spiteful, comment saying “ well, she’s gonna have to wait till after this order, and his order, and their order,” in a very rude and spiteful manner. I was more than happy to wait for my latte. I had no problem doing so, I was only trying to be thoughtful and not take up another space in line where they could be serving another customer since I had already paid for my order well ahead of time.Not sure if this person was just really having a bad day, but the comment was made right in front of my face as I’m standing there. I thought that it was very rude and inappropriate and it’s some thing that shouldn’t have been said. I’m a very loyal customer who comes to this location if not every other day, but at least four times a week. I’ve never been treated that way here and I’m sad that this person thought that it was appropriate to act in such a manner.I relayed my concerns to the corporate office, and I have full confidence that they will be reaching out to the manager who owns this establishment. I’ve met him. He’s a wonderful person and very understanding.I will not overall let this affect my business here. I won’t let one instance of somebody having a really terrible day, ruined the business relationship that I have with this location.“

“I have been coming here for years and love the food and service. The employees are always positive and up-beat. I swear Daylight Donuts has the best breakfast sandwiches you can find anywhere. Their size won't disappoint. The donuts are always fresh and delicious. Actually, they are more mouth-watering! I will always come back. Daylight Donuts is the best!“

“This is our kids’ favorite place around the area. They grow up on duck donuts. The dough is always freshly fried and it is really good when it’s warm. That distinguishes them from other donut shops. Today they got lucky and the owner was kind enough to show them how donut is made and they get to decorate their own donut. What a happy day!“

While they were getting boxed up, I look over in the other case and see the most beautiful cream horns. Had to leave with those too. They are great! “What a great family owned doughnut place! As I entered the store I was greeted with the smell of fresh doughnuts. It wasn't even 10 am when I had gotten there and I could tell many people had been there before I entered the deliciousness of this store, so make sure you get there early. I love that there is indoor seating, but I would love to see some outdoor seating for the nice summer mornings with friends.“

“My husband always said great remarks about the pastries at this bakery. Unfortunately it is not on my morning route so I never stopped. However, in desperate need of graduation cookies for my daughter’s party (in two days) I stopped in hopes of a miracle for the very short notice. I spoke with Karen and even though she was swamped with well planned out graduation orders from all the area, she kindly obliged my late order and took care of me. It was the kindest gesture for her to squeeze in another order. We orders graduation cap cookies and the Bird’s nest cookies. They were as beautiful as they were delicious! She really hit the mark! “Smelled like stinky burnt coffee when we walked in. Good sour dough egg sandwich. Kinda stingy with the bacon. Coffee was good. Donuts should be amazing but they were not. Floor behind counter was soaked in spilled coffee. Looked gross. Counter and everything has drops of dried sticky coffee everywhere. They definitely need to take a minute or two to wipe stuff down and keep the restaurant clean. Even if they are busy. Just part of the business.

Parking: Parking lot has lines. You park between them.“

Parking: Lots of parking. Busy area though. It’s not the parking that you need to worry about… it’s getting out of there. Cars everywhere! Welcome to Tylersville road in West Chester!!!

“I ❤️ my Dunkie. The employees here are always working hard to serve people as quickly as possible. Every time I stop by in the morning The parking lot is wrapped around with cars for drive through. Not because the workers are slow but because that's how much people love Dunkin. I often feel bad for them. They are always friendly and do their best to make sure their guests are happy. Whatever they are being paid is probably not enough. GO should consider moving this location to a larger space.“
