“Half Day cafe is an incredible place to eat! I was in town visiting my sister, when she took me here! Our waiter was incredible and made my day with her bright charismatic personality! I ordered pancakes and bacon, and my sister ordered an omelette. Everything tasted AMAZING!!! I highly recommend, and they have plenty of options if you are vegetarian (like my sister)! The manager was also a big help, on the busy weekend, he seemed to be doing a lot, great job! 11/10 place, and I might come down and extra visit, just to eat here again!“

“I have been missing samosas, biriyani and dal mahkani since I was in Owings Mills, MD. I am a veggie samosa regular, so I decided to go during lunch hours. I was very pleasantly surprised with the portion AND price. Lovepreet was so kind and broke down everything for me so I could know what to expect. As I saw, my chicken biryani sans nuts and raisins was AMAZING. The chicken was a tiny bit dry...but still tasty. She explained the different ways I could have it prepared. The dal makhani was my FAVORITE. FLAVORFUL, FLAVORFUL, FLAVORFUL. I mixed with with my biriyani, had half a samosa (they are huge but you get 2) and will be back to dine in. I love supporting my Desi brothers and sisters and I live nice and close.“

“We followed our favorite dolsot bowl chef from Downtown restaurants up to Mason. we had the burrito and dumplings for appetizers with sake. The burrito was soooo good. Owner actually waited on us and service was great. all four of us each got Stone bowls and they were all amazing! and my son got a noodle dish which we loved as well. I had a really good Chardonnay and my husband loved the corn tea.. we will definitely be back again because we had a wonderful experience in the food was awesome! beautiful Ambiance as well“

Small, somewhat cramped, and a perfect fit for the food. The opening course of sweet potato and pumpkin arancini and the burrata were heavenly. Apparently the pumpkin soup is so good it caused my foodie guest to ask the chef for the recipe. He obliged in a great conversation ... My rack of lamb was perfectly cooked and everyone had a spectacular meal. The wine selection is off the chart and the service is impeccable and friendly.“

We recommend the Nashville Hot pizza, pickles on the side instead, add sausage, & what ever sauces you prefer on the side. Spicy, sweet, & very filling from the extra protein. Currito (what?) comes up on my phone so I follow the directions to Currito. I walked in to a sparkling clean restaurant and was greeted by a friendly staff member. Greeted. Friendly. I'm serious. I shared with this friendly staff member that I've never been to their store and I just need to stare at the menu for a moment. He offer to read off the menu to me. I'm still serious. I ended up ordering a Jimmy Carter and a Thai salad. I complimented the staff for their wonderful service and was then approached by Ashley, the manager, who thanked me for my compliments. No, really! It has been quite a while (maybe never this combination) since I was greeted by a friendly staff member upon entering an incredibly clean and organized restaurant who fulfilled my order to perfection and was then approached by a management staff who gave a care. I will be back. I will share with anyone who will listen to visit this restaurant who serves clean and healthy food because they care. They are doing the right thing. And they're killing it!! “We were passing through Dayton/Centerville for my daughter’s dance competition, and I was fasting for Ramadan. We were in a hurry and planning to just grab something quick from a drive-thru without stopping. But when I saw Mediterranean food, I said “No way, I have to try it!” I love shawarma, so we decided to stop. The place was very clean, and the cashier was kind and welcoming. We first planned to take the food to go, but we decided to stay and eat there instead. We ordered falafel, shawarma sandwiches with fries, and baklava. Everything was fresh, delicious, and the portions were generous. I have tried falafel in many places, and honestly, this was one of the best I’ve ever had, soft, fresh, and full of flavor. I’m Tunisian, and we don’t usually make falafel at home, so I’ve always tried it in restaurants, and this one was truly special. My daughter loved it too! I didn’t realize at first that they had just opened, the cashier told us they are newly opened. I wish them the best of luck! I hope they continue serving fresh food with the same smile and kindness, not just in the beginning but always. They also have another location in West Chester, which I will definitely try, INCHALLAH. Thank you for the delicious food and great service!
