Sandwich Shops near Morrow

“I ordered a sandwich online but they were out of a particular type of bread. Crystal CALLED ME to give me a heads up and ask if I’d like to switch to another type of bread and was very helpful!

I’ve never had a fast food place call me to try to get an order right. This was fantastic service. Even better was that James was super nice and helpful upon arrival for pickup.

Both of them are very nice and they make sure to get your order correct. The last time I had stopped in here it was different staff that didn’t have anywhere near the passion for their job like these two do.

My only constructive feedback is that there isn’t currently a way to leave surveys/reviews like this one, and Subway.com doesn’t recognize this location yet for whatever reason. But I think they said they’re already proactively working on that—which doesn’t surprise me coming from these two.

“Super yummy cheese steak. Lemonade was meh. The new ghostpepper cheese was baller. Super spicy tho (who woulda thunk it). The fries were definitely top notch. Big shoutout to Idaho for them potaters. People were nice, food came quick, and it was super yummy. I would def recommend.“
