“I've been trying to find a good pizza in Stark County and while I've found decent ones, I had all but given up. I didn't think to try East of Chicago since it was a chain, but then decided why not?! Was beyond pleasantly surprised! I've ordered twice, door dash delivery since they do not deliver to my home, but by far exceeded my expectations! The toppings had a great taste and the crust was amazing! Highly recommend X-Large pizza with bacon, ham, sausage, pepperoni, and banana peppers. Will continue ordering. “I ordered at Hall of Fame Village location. I grew up on Pizza Oven so when I come to Canton it's one of my go to spots. I was happy to see the put a Pizza Oven in this location. It was nice, clean, ,the food was great, & Asia our server was awesome. I will definetly be back.“

“We have eaten at Bubba's several times, and have always had a great experience! I ordered delivery from Bubba's online and got a less than stellar experience. I ordered fried fish sandwiches with seasoned fries as a side. The fries were great! The sandwiches came WITHOUT any tartar sauce AT ALL, and they both were NOT assembled - the bread, fish, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions were scattered EVERYWHERE. We had to make our own tartar sauce and then assemble the sandwiches ourselves from the scattered pieces all over the place (not to mention air fry them all, as WET pretty much described the mess). NOT COOL. We will NOT order delivery of Bubba's again. 😒“

“First time we've had "nothing to brag about" service from here. We come here often and this time our server was forever getting to our table just to get our drinks. I order sweet tea with lemon had to ask 3 times before getting the lemon. Hubby orders no tomatoes on his meal and they came with. She took his dish back and to be honest it didn't take long and here she came with his dish. We think they just took them off and some extra fries and added a few new fries and the toppings (roosters nest) I asked for a box to bring left overs home and that took forever she passed our table 3 or 4 times before she brought one saying she was looking for a smaller box. Like I said we been here several times and I felt like she should of wrote things down but they don't do it that way. I understand they were busy and the tomatoes could have been the kitchen staff but it's always busy there.“

“I've been here about a half a dozen times and every visit has been a pleasant one. This past Friday we ate dinner here and it was one of the best restaurant meals I've had in a while. The meatloaf was one of the best things I've ever had. Perfectly cooked, seasoned, and covered with a mushroom onion gravy. It was paired with Redskin mashed potatoes that were really good. the portion was a little small on the potatoes but that's okay. Not to mention if you've never had cheesecakes by battle, which Kozmos offers, I highly suggest you try a slice. Also the staff was amazing as usual. “The wife ordered from this location tonight and the original delivery of product was sub-par. After calling the shop, she was in touch with Josh. The asst. mgr. for the pizza shop. I listened to the interaction between Josh and my wife and I must say I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED with his respect and professionalism during there conversation. He offered a substantial refund or a replacement. We opted for the replacement pizza and asked to order parmesan garlic bread bites and he added them at no charge (we were willing to pay for them.) The replacement pizza was perfect and hot! I have had MANY bad experiences with pizza places in Massillon (including this one) in the past. But Josh has made me a believer in this particular shop. He is exactly what is needed in a service/food store and Domino's should be thrilled to have him on their team. Now, he should be training all the others to act like him, or make him a manager! This guy was a breath of fresh air to speak to (I called back to ask his name.) Being in the retail mgmt position for over 30 years, this is the kind of employee I want on my team! Thanks Josh!
