“I was ordering food after a long day. My daughter had had surgery. My debit card had been flagged for fraud. I had already called and had it taken care of and my card reactivated as it had been blocked due to suspicious activity. I then couldn't pay at the window. I explained to the girl at the window that I had just spoken to someone who should have released my card. I apologized and asked if she could hold my food for a minute while I called back. I called and again they told me my card was released and could be used. I pulled back around to the drive thru window and again my card declined for suspected fraud.🤦‍♀ the firl then went to ask how she could clear the screen as I then called my credit union directly. The manager came back and said she was going to comp mynorder because she heard I was having so many issues with my bank. I couldn't believe it! I thanked her repeatedly but had to move on because by this time I was holding up the drive-thru line. Injust want to say they wer e ao sweet and patient with me on such a bad/long day.
