“Finding a nut free bakery is almost impossible! This bakery is amazing, I have a peanut treenut allergy and I was sooo excited to find this donut shop. “Not sure when but there is new ownership or management of the DQ in Milford. It is quick, good, and the staff are amazing. During Early Covid we would wait for up to 25 minutes and the staff didn’t seem to be very enthusiastic. The were closed for a few days or a week now they are fast, kind and efficient! They remember us and are appreciative of the business! We will be back! Thanks for putting a smile on our faces!“

“A regular fast food experience, the chicken fingers were crispy and crunchy. I am not a huge fan of the Canes sauce. The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“

“Staff is pretty friendly for the most part. Environment was clean and there was plenty of seating. Restrooms were clean. Items were stocked. Orders are freshly made so there is a bit of a wait time but it's definitely worth it. It's a bit hot inside as the kitchen area is open and doesnt have great ventilation“

“This place has improved so much since a couple years ago. I stopped coming due to the rude employees they had which also led to bad food.

I am happy to say this place has turned around. They fired all those people and hired employees who actually say my pleasure.“

“This place is donating $25,000.00 to the family of an employee, a young mother of two, who was murdered while working there recently. Coca Cola is matching the donation. The restaurant is additionally donating 20% of this week's total revenues. We went there not only for food, but to contribute in a small way to the cause. The place was packed! The drive through line was massive. We were seated fairly quickly, and the staff was doing an excellent job of coping with the incredible number of patrons present. It's been non stop since the beginning of the week and surely will be until the end of the donation week. It was a great experience and a restorer of faith in humanity of people coming together, as horribly tragic as the cause is!“

“First visit today - I ordered 2 full slabs, the fried cabbage, jalapeño corn bread stuffing, and potato salad sides, all of which perfectly compliment the smoke on those ribs. Also got to sample a new menu item - jerk pork burnt ends. Absolutely fantastic! The flavor of that jerk sauce will give you chills. Definitely coming back to try everything (yes, everything) else. “We took our ball team for ice cream after a game. The staff were very friendly and very helpful! Beautiful store and very clean! My daughter left her backpack and basketball in the store. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. The food was great (4-way with onions slaps) and you HAVE to try the chili spice ice cream topped with oyster crackers. This ice cream is the perfect blend of sweet and savory.

But what really made my lunch so special was the service. Rita, our server, was an absolute sweetheart. She leans into the family-friendly vibe of this location and provides customized service for each table.

All-in-all, this is a local chain, but the Newport location seems to embody a family-friendly, midwestern spirit that I would recommend.“

“This is my 3rd horrible experience at this location. Anyone who's been to this location, knows once you're in line, you can't get out. I waited 30 minutes! they are always slow as molasses. get to the window to order and the girl tells me their out of chicken nuggets, that they're all frozen. I said well can't you put them un the friar and make them??? "ummm noooo sorry. But we have everything else." So I ordered tenders(which weren't crispy and cooked fully, like they should be.) and tell her I need alot of ranch, ketchup and buffalo. I finally go to get my food and 2 packets of buffalo, 3 ranches and 2 ketchup for 2 chicken tender meals with fries. This place is a joke, and this time I'm requesting my money back. 30 minutes I wasted in line, to not even get what I wanted and told them. I'm officially done with chick fil a.“
