“We just moved to the area 4 days ago so we needed to get our Mexican food fix; we made the right choice! This is the best Authentic Mexican food & experience we’ve ever had…hands down!! Our Server, Paco was very prompt to serve us, and went above & beyond to ensure we were satisfied…great job! Thank you!!!!!“

“Have not been to this restaurant in a couple of years.Food was good, portions great. Was dining in around 5pm and ordered steak/shrimp fajitas. Ordered a large draft beer with the expectation of some sort of “happy hour price”…although I didn’t ask for any happy hour specials…non were offered. I paid 7.50 per beer when the check came. I had chatted with our server during the meal…ordered jalapeño vs bell pepper in the fajita meal…then asked for more as only a couple pieces of jalapeño were present in the meal. I was up charged 3$ for the jalapeños…no big deal. The draft beer charge $15 for 2 big beers was stupid. Although large…draft beer doesn’t cost that. Without offering a “happy hour” special seemed bad. Disappointed in the discussion with the server after I paid the bill and left a $20 tip. Asking about a beer special…he stated the smaller size draft was on special.Bad customer service.“
“Service was quick and very friendly. Staff was attentive to those walking into the restaurant. Another server came to check that I had been helped while I waited for my foodWheelchair accessibility: Large paths into dinning areas as well as in between the tables and booths. However I did not see any handicap buttons by the entryway doors“
“Had a group of 15 (ages 25-90) & the service & food were outstanding. Javier is a great server. Our group ordered all different types of meals & they didn't disappoint. Enchiladas, Chicken, Grilled Shrimp, etc - were all on-point.“
“Tasty Mexican food. Last night I had a craving for queso chorizo, fresh guacamole and a quesadilla! The food was freshly prepared. I enjoyed every bit of it, esp the queso served hot with tortilla and the combination of cilantro, tomatoes, onions and limes with the avocados. Appreciate the service. Look forward to coming back when I visit.“
“Service was very prompt and friendly. The food was okay but nothing spectacular. The flatbread base of the sope was good, but since when did lettuce and cheese become the standard topping for a sope? There was so much lettuce piled on the sope it couldn't be eaten without making a mess and tasting anything but iceberg. I dumped the lettuce off my second sope and it was much better. The chilaquiles were decent, but the eggs served on top were overhard, not even a memory of runny yoke.“
“Was about to fly out on an empty stomach so I stopped here to fill up the rental car and gab a quick bite. It was the best taco I have had in years. I can not recommend this place enough. If you are flying out or in to Cincinnati or live here, please stop and try these tacos you will not be disappointed, and if you are disappointed then seek medical attention as soon as possible.“
“Been searching for years for authentic tacos in Mexico. This is your hole in the wall taco place! Truly truly delicious flavors, awesome fruit drinks. 1/2 off tacos on Wednesday. Always great customer service. Truly TRULYYY the best tacos in Cincinnati hands down.“
“The food is always fresh and delicious. Free freshly made chips and salsa as soon as you are seated and the service is great and professional. Sometimes the servers don't know enough English but they always make sure that the food straight from being made to the table.“
“DEAREST CANCUNI've been walking or driving to your location for over a decade solo or with friends or family or colleagues.I have always appreciated the beautiful service (always delivered with a smile) and being served hot chips with delicious salsa as a welcomed gift while waiting to order is a truly classy move. I'm mostly pescatarian these days, but sometimes I still like to order the steak fajitas with the bell peppers and onions, the beans, rice, guacamole, and warm flour tortillas. It's a nice treat sometimes and it has only ever come out exactly perfectly (to my eyes and taste buds). My own niece absolutely adores this place because of the fish artwork. But her FAVORITE is right up the road by the bowling alley (but only because the fish are "real fish" in the aquariums).THANK YOU, ALWAYS!Sincerely,Christine“
“Amanda was ourwaitress, and has been for our last 5 visits. Amanda is always pleasant and stops by our table, to ask how is anyting, and ask if we need anything. Chuy's reminds me of the Texmax food from San Antonio, Texas. Update covid19 has changed the way we dine out and do busy. Keep the customer happy, and your business will thrive.Update Amanda is working back Chuy's. Amanda is very good waitress ?Update thank you Omega and all the great employees. You always make us feel welcome.“
“Friendly staff quick service we were there on a busy Friday harrison ohio doesn't have many sit down restaurants so the ones it does have get busy. Standard Mexican restaurant fair similar pricing and menu but the food is better than the others in these parts including those in western hills area staff was attentative and quick to deliver even to a family of 6 with many different demands.“
“Best Mexican food around, it's authentic and very good. The place is always crowded at dinner time so I would try to eat around 4 or 430 before it gets busy.Parking: They are in an area that used to be a bowling alley so there is plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: They have kids menus and it's good for them to learn about other culturesWheelchair accessibility: Front row wheelchair openings“
“Summary: authentic mom and pop Mexican food on the west sideWhen reviewing eateries, context is key. This is not a Michelin restaurant, not does it have tablecloths or fancy art or anything over the top. The beauty of this restaurant is its authenticity. This is real, home made Mexican food.I ordered the chicken mole. It’s tough to find good mole around here. A lot of the chain-like restaurants serve their mole too sweet and not enough of the earthy goodness found in a true traditional mole.San Luis Grill nailed it. It was one of the best mole dishes I’ve ever had!The atmosphere is mom and pop. There is a small grocer attached next door (through which you enter and exit). It’s very clean and well lit.We enjoyed our dishes with some varieties of Mexican made beer (Corona for myself, Modelo for my buddy). This is a great haunt for those lovers of authentic and delicious Mexican food. Knowing some espanol is helpful but not necessary. If you only speak English, just be patient and kind to any staff.“
“My husband and I had an early dinner on a Friday evening. The restaurant was not yet crowded. The food was received quickly and hot. The service was prompt. The restaurant was pristine. The food tasted great!I had the chicken bowl, which was excellent and plentiful. My husband had a burrito (I can't remember which one), and it was smaller than expected, but still very good. He finished off my leftovers!“
“We try to eat here at least once a week. The food is great and plentiful. I typically get the Hawaiian Fajitas and they are the best! The service is top notch. Food is served quickly, and the servers are always friendly and attentive. Restaurant is always clean too (no food on the floors like in other places). A must try if you haven’t already done so!“
“5 stars for being a Mexican Restaurant, Servers speak Spanish and English...all were very nice group, Server cutting up pineapple, I was sitting at bar to pick up food, and she gave me a piece. ? Yummy!Food not my taste, but you may enjoy. Ordered real cheese rello plate w/beans and Rice+ 2 chicken tacos ?.“
“Stopped in here kind of late one night happy that they were open till 11:00 and so glad we did. They may not have a huge selection but what they do have is very delicious. The tacos are very moist and plentiful when it comes to filling and cilantro and onion are included. The sauce is delicious but again not much of a variety. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating but doesn't speak a great deal of English. I will visit this truck time and time again for the delicious food and the friendly service. Five stars and the prices are very reasonable.“
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Flope Bar and Restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the elegant and modern decor, which created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Now, on to the food. Let me just say, it was some of the best I've had in a long time. The menu had a wide range of options, and everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. The presentation was also impressive, with each dish looking like a work of art.The drinks were also top-notch, with a great selection of cocktails and wines to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the signature cocktails, which were unique and creative.Overall, I would highly recommend Flope Bar and Restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The food, drinks, and atmosphere were all top-notch, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It's definitely worth a visit!“
“This food was GREAT!!! I can not recommend this place enough. I had the barbacoa and adobo chicken tacos and also ordered the barbacoa rice bowl, thinking I could eat it all... I was full off of just the tacos!! They were piled high and so unbelievably delicious. These were hands-down the best tacos that I've had from anywhere in the area. My friend got the nachos, a barbacoa burrito, and the tres leches cake. He gave his good similar praise and had to take half of his burrito home. Our waitress, Ema, was incredibly kind and attentive and even let us know that tacos are BOGO on Tuesday. If you haven't yet, definitely go check this place out.“
