“Skyline Chili is one of those places you either grow up loving or end up craving after trying it once. The chili has a unique sweet and savory flavor that’s different from traditional chili, but it works perfectly over spaghetti or hot dogs. The cheese is always piled high, the portions are filling, and the food comes out fast. Their 3-Way and Cheese Coneys are easily the best things on the menu. The restaurant itself feels casual and comforting, especially if you want something quick and satisfying. Definitely a Cincinnati classic worth trying at least once“

“This is the only Subway I’ve been to that has consistently gotten my order correct, and the quality is always superb. Other locations near me have been terrible, so it’s nice to have a consistently good location to go to (especially since I get Subway a lot😅). They are always friendly and attentive. I’ve ordered to-go and delivery several times with no issues.“

“We were in town for a soccer camp at TQL stadium the place is super neat located on the corner in an older buidling. Rated food 4 I got the 5 way, three coney dogs and a fry those were very fresh and crispy. I have heard a lot about this place I was not a huge fan but it was not bad. Service was a 2 for me because being the first impression the gentleman was kind of snappy as we walked in he said dine in or to go quickly demanding us step aside. He was not very pleasant to deal with. Maybe as a restaurant owner I expected the face of this establishment to be more personable. Over all I would try a coney dog in the future just at another location.“

“My husband went through the drive thru pretty close to the time they close and placed an order when he got home we realized 2 of the coneys we ordered were not in the bag so I called to let them know and the manager I believe answered and asked if I wanted to come back that night or be mailed coupons I decided to go back since the order was for my hungry children lol but anyway he was the sweetest I had ever dealt with in fast food I felt bad because they close at 10 and I knew I would get there after that time but he told me to come anyway and that he would be more than happy to stay a little later for me when I got there around 10:15 not only did I get the 2 we paid for but he gave me 2 extra plus a piece of blueberry cheeses which was very good by the way and also a $10 gift certificate he was absolutely wonderful wish I would’ve gotten his name but anyway he was there (6/23/26) closing time so if whomever is over him sees this just know he’s the best!!“

“Awesome food! But these people don't admit wrong doing. Ive had some weird instances with their food and when you call them its a big deal to hop through their hoops just to get denied on a replacement order or anything comparable. After spending $30 its a let down but deal with it I guess.“

“As a co-chair of hospitality for the Ross Intermediate School's PTO we're always looking for ways to include our local businesses when giving back and showing appreciation to the staff at our school. I personally have worked with Sam, the manager, and his team the past several years to provide teachers and present staff with a meal during their in-person conferences. This location is not only a family favorite place as my boys and I do visit often 😄 but this is also a staple of the Ross Community. HUGE shout out and so much gratitude to Gold Star in Ross, Ohio 10 outta 10 recommend!!! THANKS!! also to add real quick when I have family come in from out of town (there are no Gold Stars that we know of North of Dayton, Ohio) first stop is and probably always will be Gold Star ⭐“

“Had a fairly large order for myself and my family. (What I deem as a large order anyways). I was the third car in drive-thru and waited less than a few seconds to be acknowledged. To pay and receive my order was maybe 7 minutes, if that. And they were a little busy inside as well. Also, for reference, I showed up 30 mins before closing time.“

Food is great. Bit expensive but I'd come here before going to Chipotle now.

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!“

“I work over at the 513 wash across the street and I come here on my breaks sometimes, been doin that since November. This place has always been really friendly, peaceful, quiet, and the food is so good. I love my usual server, Amy, she's awesome. I walked in today and the cooks already knew my order, not even the Skyline in Delhi has that memorized, so it really added to the experience! This has to be my favorite location I've ever come to and I'm happy to call this my favorite place to go on lunch break and to work right across the street from! <3“

“A regular fast food experience, the chicken fingers were crispy and crunchy. I am not a huge fan of the Canes sauce. The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“

“I had not eaten here in a very long time. Last time I was here it was not a very good experience, so I didn't return. Saturday I was out with my son, and he suggested that we eat here. This Skyline has really changed. Seemed to be better lit inside, the food was good, but the service was outstanding! Our server was Emma W. was amazing. She made it a real pleasure to eat here. Management of Skyline should be made aware of this employee and recognize her for her customer service.“

“Staff is pretty friendly for the most part. Environment was clean and there was plenty of seating. Restrooms were clean. Items were stocked. Orders are freshly made so there is a bit of a wait time but it's definitely worth it. It's a bit hot inside as the kitchen area is open and doesnt have great ventilation“

“went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

“We moved away from Cincinnati about 7 years ago and stopped off at this location on our way out of town recently. It’s set a bit back off the road so use a directions app or you’ll have to go looking for it. Absolutely the nicest staff! We started chatting with them about the new chicken chili and they offered my boyfriend a free chillito to sample! We told them about living out of town and on our way out the door they gave us this gift bag! This will definitely be my stop from now on on my way out of town!“

“This place is donating $25,000.00 to the family of an employee, a young mother of two, who was murdered while working there recently. Coca Cola is matching the donation. The restaurant is additionally donating 20% of this week's total revenues. We went there not only for food, but to contribute in a small way to the cause. The place was packed! The drive through line was massive. We were seated fairly quickly, and the staff was doing an excellent job of coping with the incredible number of patrons present. It's been non stop since the beginning of the week and surely will be until the end of the donation week. It was a great experience and a restorer of faith in humanity of people coming together, as horribly tragic as the cause is!“
