I can see why they have been there forever and a day.Parking: Limited number of spaces and not the greatest of neighborhoods. “The San Francisco dog is vegan and so good. You wouldn't think hummus and guac would be good but it is. The tots are even great. Oniony and flavorful. Service is great. The place is a hole in the wall in the middle of houses. Off the beaten path of mainstrasse. Not too far though. Just a couple blocks. I bet it is a popular local spot.“

“Ordered a large amount of chili (2 gallons) for work event. Patricia (Manager) was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. She helped me through the process of ordering, even suggesting some items I hadn't though about. When I arrived at the store my items were prepared ahead of time and waiting in boxes. “I know there a lot of diehard fans of Skyline Chili, so I visited more out of curiosity than anything! Let's try this famous chili that folks are always raving about! To be honest, I'm not sure that I totally get it, but it was good (not amazing?) and I'm glad I tried it. I feel like satisfying my curiosity was enough for me though, and I would probably opt for other options over Skyline in future visits to Cincinnati. I stopped into this location at kind of a weird time in the middle of the afternoon, after any lunch crowd and before a reasonable dinner time. As such, it was pretty much empty and I had my choice of seating. I got the vibe that this is likely a location frequented by people who work in the area. I got the famous/signature 4-way, spaghetti covered with chili, diced onions, and a mound of shredded cheese. I also tried a chili cheese coney sandwich. I wasn't sure if this was the right amount to order or not, since prices seemed too low for a meal. However, this was definitely the right amount for me. It didn't look super big but it's very filling. I also got hot sauce to drizzle on top which I really liked! I'm not sure my stomach was too happy about the whole meal though, haha. I happily finished the whole thing.“

Waitress got really busy so not we weren't attended to often after we got our food, good thing it's good Ole skyline and you don't need much more then the perfection I ordered. “Okay.. first time chili experience here!! And let me say I had no real expectations because I've heard mixed reviews (not about Dixie, just in general), but I have been wanting to try it since I moved to the area a few years ago. Consensus on the 3-way: tasty and would eat again! :) I enjoyed the flavor of the chili - a little sweet, and you can't go wrong with a pile of shredded cheddar cheese. The noodles were OK, I can understand why it might be a weird pairing with chili, but it just reminded me of pasta sauce! The oyster crackers added nothing for me. We also got a side of fries which were pretty good. Service was fine, interior was classic diner, and overall it was a good experience!“

“Attended a 94th birthday party for an Aunt today and these good people couldn't have been more kind. In addition to a menu that had something for every age group, I had the 3 way and it was delicious!, we were permitted to bring cake and gifts as well. This restaurant is spotlessly clean and the staff was accommodating and fun. Skyline is still one of the few places where I feel like I always get my monies worth! As Always, Enjoy!“

“I’ve eaten at countless Skyline locations throughout the city. The location at 5476 Glenway is consistently the best I’ve had. They set the standard at this location. The spaghetti is never over cooked, the chili is thick & flavorful, the hotdogs are always cooked, the cheese is fresh and the service is good. “I was expecting to wait a long time because of the looks on the faces of the folks that were waiting for their food. They looked upset, so I just sat down. There weren't many people in the dining room at all. I started playing a game on my phone and waited approximately 3 minutes and my food was done. “Classic cincinnati chili, a must try to anyone in the area. I reccomend trying the coneys as they are a really affordable option. The area around it is also nice to walk around and was featured in an episode of the simpsons!Parking: You can park in the lot which is kinda tight and can also pay to park on the street“

If you're looking for good food, great variety of brews, and fun atmosphere to hang with friends or family, this is your place! I'm a huge fan of their buffalo wings, loaded chips, and burgers! “Y’all! Let me tell you about two things: amazing Amelia and this wild Skyline chili.As someone from Texas, I was very skeptical about chili that comes on top of spaghetti. The more I ate it though, the more I just thought it’s weirdness kept tasting better with every bite.On top of that, I got to experience the positive, fun-loving, super kind Amelia. She lit up the restaurant with her huge smile and was so fun exploring the menu with. I wanted the Cincinnati experience and I got it. The only drawback is that they have their drive thru on loudspeaker in the restaurant itself allowing diners to hear each and every automobile patron and their order.“
