“If you want an old fashioned, homemade oversized burger just the way you like it, then stop here. They grill it right when you order it so it takes a minute for you to get your order, but believe me when I say it is worth the wait. Juicy and prepared with the fixings of your choice, add a side of onion rings or fair fries and you can't go wrong. Milk shakes are delicious and all-in-all pricing is fair for what they're offering. Outside picnic tables or take it to a nearby park, or your home. No inside dining here, this is old school drive up dining at its very best!“

“I ordered a custom design on an ice cream cake and the person who helped me get the file sent to them was very helpful. I chose to let the decorator pick the colors and when I sent the file I suggested they send me a photo when it was done. Gerri decorated my cake and sent the photo which really made my day! The colors were perfect the print was lined up exactly how I wanted it and seeing it before I picked it up gave me a lot to look forward to. Thank Gerri!“

“This is single-handedly the nicest Mr. Hero I have ever been to. The inside is huge and very modern. There’s a large dining area.

Our food came out relatively quickly and it tasted awesome. I got the Hot Buttered Cheesesteak. Would definitely recommend you try it!! The waffle-doodles are also excellent.“

“The Subway on Rt. 20 and Rt. 528 in Madison, Ohio was absolutely great! They were very busy when I was there but the staff was so friendly. The food was good, as always, and the dining room was so clean. And bonus points for having a sparkling clean restroom!! Keep up the good work!!“

“I did not feel like cooking so I ordered pizza and salad I picked up my food got home ate some of the pizza went to get the salad and it was messed up I called and spoke to Alex who made it right away no questions asked the next salad looked so much better and nicer“

“I definitely give this subway five stars on any other day except for Friday, April 3, 2026. I walked into Subway® at 9:29 maybe a little bit after no one was in the front. Nobody was in the bathroom. The rugs were up because they had mopped the floor normally this is something I would never do but to know that I stood in this restaurant for 28 minutes, knocking asking if anyone is in there and then I got afraid that somebody may be hurt or somebody may have passed out so I opened up the door to where employees walk in, but I didn’t go into the back, but I said hello and I kept saying hello. I called the phone. Nobody answered the phone so I’m sitting here and I’m thinking what is going on here. I hope everyone’s OK so fast-forward to the point where I did not want to wait any longer and I was gonna leave and then ask the police to go and check on whoever was supposed to be in there to make sure they were all right, but then I see a gentleman peek around from the corner while I’m Getting into my car, I held my hands up at him and stated so he could Read my lips and said I see you. I walked right back in. He went back around the corner and hid even more longer so I said why are you doing this and he still stated the back never answered never said anything just didn’t want to give service I’ve never had any employee in Subway® do this to me ever this store has always been amazing but what happened tonight was hurtful and unacceptable“
