“I wanted a sandwich, it was by the store…i really wanted the potato cakes. It was mostly drive thru traffic, so it was pull up, or rather pull around and wait. I think possibly understaffed for 5 pm on Saturday, but could be because difficult to get in and out of onto Lorain Road. Otherwise, food was the same as I remembered. “My Kids eat Subway 5x + a month for 3 years. The food is always 🔥 the staff is always polite , courteous, super fast, and obviously well trained. The store is always spotless. Now not getting a complaint in 3 years from my kids is a big deal considering complaining is just what they do. Last night I went there to get my usual , the kid behind the counter whipped up 3 🔥 sandwiches in no time flat. Was super cool considering it was 10 minutes to close. I left and realized I forgot my phone , the kid put it in a safe place and notified the kid that opened . He opened 15 min early. Was super nice and handed me my phone with a smile . “I ordered a large Supreme pizza from Pizza Hut, and it was absolutely fantastic! The pizza came out exactly like you see in the commercials—perfectly cooked, loaded with fresh toppings, and full of flavor.

I also want to give a big shout-out to Elizabeth, who handled my order. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly. Great customer service goes a long way, and Elizabeth really delivered.
