“Very welcoming atmosphere. They smile and greet you upon entering. You can tell that the food has more of a homemade feel to it, rather than feeling “chainy”. I waited about 10 mins, but my food came out sizzling. I would take that wait any day of the week for the food to turn out the way that it did. 10/10 experience.“

“NORTH OLMSTED LOCATION: So, I was on my way to church and decided to stop here to try something new. I got in line and was greeted right away by such a wonderful lady! I have very bad anxiety to begin with, and when you add in the social part, I get overwhelmed and shut down. I believe her name is Kali or Tally (I really hope she doesn't get mad if I got it wrong; my anxiety was high, so hopefully she'll forgive me). Anyway, she noticed almost instantly that I had social anxiety and was such a blessing! She was very comforting and helpful in assisting me with deciding what to get. “The Italian is my absolute favorite. Unfortunately the customer service has diminished. Went out of our way to go here instead of Subway, spent almost $50 for 2 meals and the sandwiches were not made correctly. No bacon and the sandwiches were soggy. Called and of course no fixing it. Driving back was not an option. Smh well it's too bad. We really enjoyed their sandwiches but the rude service will not be getting any more of my money!!“
