“This location is the best to me I have 2 different other Mr Hero's near me on is not even a mile away in Shaker his the other is on Miles rd about 2 miles I will never eat there ever again the taste is not how I remember it but I was leaving work and decided to take a chance on this location North Randle and me and my wife was NOT disappointed love it and well worth the drive“

Drinks were the first thing we told our server Conor who we stilled tipped. But we're eating salad and I have nothing to wash it down with. Other than our server, the person who brought our food was amazing, the scenery was excellent and i would recommend. Other people were seated after us and received their drinks before us as well. I understand but as a server you also need to check on your tables just to make sure they didn't need anything else. We wanted to order more but we couldn't handle Conor's service he only came to us once and that was to bring the check. What if we wanted more food or drinks. This was my first time here, I just expected more especially if I'm spending over $300 for 2 people“

I stopped into the Five Guys during a very busy rush, and I was genuinely impressed. Dominic was an absolute rockstar he handled the crowd with speed, friendliness and professionalism. I didn't wait long at all for service or my food, which came out hot, fresh and perfectly prepared just the way I ordered it. Five Guys quality at its best.

Dominic and the whole team really made the visit enjoyable even on a hectic day. If you're in the area, this location is worth it great food and even better service. Highly recommend!

Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“

Even the courtesy of asking how “was the food/meal”, as well as offering to take your tray/trash. Some may say … “So?”. ………. WelI …….Appreciated It! And here is something that you may not see in the aforementioned places: Areas wiped with Clean Water & Towels. To Include the Trash Receptacles (saw a guy almost washing one). I was Impressed at the Cleanliness at which the Restaurant maintained. 👍🏾“
