“Today my mom and I had the opportunity to be served by a team member name Savaria. (Sorry if I misspelled your name) I wanted to take the time out to say thank you! I just picked my mom up from the hospital in Lorain when we decided to stop to get Starbucks on our way back to Akron. Savaria was so kind, sweet, gentle voice, and had excellent customer service. As a manager myself I was pleased with her kindness and customer service. If the banked that I worked for was in town, I would have loved having her on my team and would have wanted to hire her on the spot. Thank you for your kindness Savaria!!!“

“Had a wonderful experience with this McDonald’s! Ordered a bulk order a few weeks in advance. In spite of them losing power for several hours today, they called to assure us that the order would be filled even if they had to go to a nearby McDs to complete it. Sure enough, the food was warm and ready for pickup at the correct time. Heather and Katie were both friendly and responsive. Thank you! I would recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.“
