It makes you a better person to eat it and if ti is going down your throat you know its gonna be good for later! Get an entire chicken and eat it by yourself alone. “I never knew this spot was here until after seeing them on the news recently. My family and I stopped in to try it out and we were so impressed. The food was great and the staff was not only friendly but patient with my grandchildren as well. I have two that are extremely picker eaters and the devoured the tenders. I can not remember the owners name I think it was Phyllis please forgive me if I'm wrong but she was such a class act. She personally came out to check on everything and make sure we glad everything we needed. In a world full of the art of customer service being lost this place made a lasting impact on myself and my family. Our youngest is teething so as any parent or grandparents know with young children it can be stressful when they aren't feeling well in public. The owner made sure we felt welcome and just over and beyond what I would of expected. the atmosphere had a home town feel. Not sure if you will ever see this post but thank you for having a place that family's can enjoy.“

“Chick-fil-A off Mason Montgomery has unmatched service. I have went to get curbside pick up there twice and the absolute sweetest old man has served me both times! He always makes sure my food is all correct before just leaving & both times he’s noticed i was EXTREMELY pregnant. He was so happy for me and asked me if he could add me to his prayers both times, asking the babies name & my due date… it was the most heart touching thing i’ve ever experienced from a complete stranger especially one whose only job is to bring me food. i look forward to seeing him next time i go. “A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!“

Conversely, the fries were exceptional and cooked to perfection. I would recommend requesting a lighter application of oil for those who prefer a less greasy sandwich. I also ordered a salad with chicken salad topping, which unfortunately was overly salty. I would not recommend this option, as the saltiness was overwhelming, even when mixed with the salad. The chicken tenders, on the other hand, were far superior.“

“I have been her numerous Times! Always great!! Today … not so much! The “ manager” was rude and down right mean!!! I have gotten the mini croissants for parties many times. They are ALWAYS PRE CUT! I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!“

“Placed an order for carry out last night and was leaving out the door to pay cash and have my favorite meal with my favorite person. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn’t able to make it to the order. After feeling really guilty all day, I called and a young lady answered the phone and heard me out, said it was ok and offered prayers for me and my people. I cannot express enough gratitude for the Lee’s staff and I wish you all a great holiday season and we’ll be back soon for our 8 piece meal 🥹🥰“

“My children and I love going to this Chick-fil-A. They are beyond accommodating; especially with my Son's food allergies. They will give grilled chicken nuggets to my Son who has food allergies so that he too can enjoy and I don't have to make multiple food stops. This is beyond appreciated. Highly recommend to all!!“

“Food was pretty frickin great highkirkenuinely BUT this kid named Madi gave me 150 sauces when I asked for 4 and named my order “Tanka Jahari 3 Pizza” when I clearly stated my name. OBVIOUSLY she hasn’t been trained.“

“Best fried chicken in Cincinnati - juicy, very tender and not overcooked. The perfect fresh flavour of the Lemon Pepper dust they season it with! The aroma is deadly perfect! My whole office smelled like my lunch. I also had the Zucchini straws which were very crunchy and a good portion. The Mac and cheese was disappointing as it was very watery and only used cheese sauce and not actual cheese. 10 minute wait time and priced fairly. Service was minimal but close to my office! I will be back !“

“I found a delicious place for fish. It's carry-out only and so worth it. The pricing was reasonable and the quality and quantity of food is great. Ordered the tilapia. It was deliciously seasoned and cooked. I have enough for another meal. It was still steamy by the time I returned home. Employees were friendly, including the other waiting customer. “I do Door Dash and deal with 3 different CFA's. The ones in Florence and Newport are amazing and the one in Union makes me feel bad for ever having an evil thought they are SO nice! I hear in DD FB groups that some markets have slow CFA's. OURS ROCKS. Ok ok... the one on Huston could use some help some days but Union CFA makes me feel bad for saying that.“

“Great chicken, great sides, great drinks, and a great staff here at this location! The spicy tenders were hot, thick, crunchy, and juicy. Definitely hit the spot. Potato wedges are my favorite at Lee's. The mac & cheese was decent overall. I love their Monday Family Special for $7.49 - 3 tenders, 2 sides & a biscuit! LFRC is one of the best around this area. The employees were so nice there and quick to serve up my food. I was a happy camper with a full belly by the time I left dinner. Keep up the great work guys. Yummo 😋!!“

“The food here is great. The service can sometimes leave a lot to be desired. It's not that the employees aren't nice. i just seem to have bad luck with other diners when I go here. They always seem to be having problems, and that causes my orders to be delayed. I am not a fan of the kiosks, but i use them when i have to. They really need to be able to print you a receipt there. The email or txt versions are not good enough“
