“Five star service here today. Simple order of a basic coffee and a donut. They hand me the donut right away, and I sit down to wait for my coffee. I’d been waiting less than two minutes before someone (who didn’t take my order) notices I’m waiting, makes a point of asking me what I’m waiting for, and gets it for me immediately. On top of that, she apologized for the wait, which I thought was overly kind and unnecessary. Now THAT is top notch service, and they are to be commended.“

“I stopped in before work this morning and they were so nice and helpful! They are having a new espresso machine installed (how exciting!) so she walked me through their cold brew and other coffee options. I’m going to come back with my laptop next time I need a cozy place to work. Bonus: it’s much easier to access than the Dunkin across the road.“

There is a grab and go fridge. The food was fresh and delectble. Frindly and kind staff who made me feel welcomed.“

“The coffee Pettibone serves is outstanding: true 3rd wave with amazing profiles, not the burned-n-bitter-made-for-milk beans so many roasters generate! Try their pourovers and taste the difference. The food here is really first class too, and priced fairly for non mass-produced creations. Many choices too. Avoid crowds and come early or after peak times.“

“Comfy coffee place. This is like a home away from home. Staff is attentive and welcoming. Managed very well! Organic coffee (hard to find now days) and freshly baked goods (from bakery in the same building). Pour overs are amazing! They assist the care and needs of battered woman. What a great way to support their community and you get to contribute by supporting them. Wow! So grateful for this generous and caring establishment. “The baristas are so kind and welcoming when you walk into the space. I ordered a caramel latte and it was the most delicious coffee I've ever had, and I experiment a lot with various coffees. I told them my preference of how I like my coffee, and they were happy to cater to my needs, and also the caramel latte I ordered was BUTTERY!!! I could taste the rich caramel flavor, and the next few days after I went, all I could think about was that latte. It is high quality coffee and for me, a traveler looking for a quick caffiene break, it was the perfect pick-me up.“

“My wife and I stopped in for breakfast, and we had an excellent meal. I ordered the Gyro Omelet, and she had the Simit with eggs and sausage. Everything was extremely good. The omelet came with a delicious hash brown that was like a potato cake- crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The simit with egg was worth a trip to this place by itself. The bread was amazing and the sausage was a flavor bomb.

We had a dessert of a kataifi cake with cheese in the middle and pistachios and honey. I would drive hours to eat this. It was seriously one of the best pastries I've ever had.

“I went there for coffee and spent $9 dollars on a drink which was fine. But when I was sitting they made me get up saying that table is only reserved for 2 or more people. The place was empty so it’s not like I was taking up space. It was very embarrassing to say the least. I will not be going back. Customer was lacking !“

This is the third time in a week and a half where I pay five dollars or more for a drink that looks like it has 10 sips out of it already it’s only half full will not continue to go to this location if this continues.“

“Stopped at Winans while in Dayton on Monday. Decided to enjoy the day walking around the city and found this lovely cafe. The atmosphere, staff, and options were outstanding. I enjoyed the best spiced chai latte I have ever had. If I lived in Dayton, I would be here often. I plan to make this a stop anytime I’m in the area.“

“I visited for the first time with friends who are faithful to Bill’s. Even in the mid afternoon, on Sunday, there is a long line with friendly and smiling people. The wait was worth it! The donuts are fresh and tasty! I love the variety of fresh pastries that are also available. My favorites are the turnovers that are light, sweet and flaky with great fillings and the plain cake donuts. My daughter enjoyed the chocolate muffins. We’ll be back“

I was so happy that you brought back the stars program. I cannot afford to buy the high priced coffee. So I enjoy the bonus stars. Now I hear that they are going away at the end of June. So, after my stars and money run out I will no longer be able to enjoy my favorites. There is a 7brew company down the road that is a little cheaper. Their coffee is just as good and a little cheaper. I will give them my business from time to time.

“It is great to have a WF in the neighborhood, especially one with a coffee bar fully functioning. Love those vegan donuts...could eat a whole container which is why I rarely buy them! I also love the vegan zucchini bread...SO GOOD!! Could use more vegan cake options but overall a great store.“
