“Been out of state for 5 years was looking forward to eating here again. Food is still pretty good. Nice waitress that let us move to a table when it became apparent my elderly guests wasn't going to be able to get in or out of the booth.

Parking: It's a local parking lot and not dedicated to just the restaurant. Any local event fills it up fast. Get there early.“

“Food was spectacular albeit a little pricey, around $18 for a combo. The large burger was amazingly juicy and I couldn't stop eating the sweet potato fries. The woman behind the counter was cordial and polite, but didn't give off a warm vibe. Definitely worth the splurge every now and then.“

“went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

“Service was without a doubt 5 stars 🌟 We waited for nothing. We didn't ask for anything twice. Honestly, I'm not sure if we asked for anything at all. She was so attentive that she fulfilled needs without being asked to do so.
The appetizers were good, nice, hot, and timely. The apps were chicken nachos and mozzarella sticks 😋 The entrees were good except all fries were lukewarm at best. Literally the only thing wrong with this outing.

“Hi this is a steven, food guy just a steep in the food lunch, got here today I had a monster Burger without the Burger I had a double chicken instead and that was perfectly perfectly cooked absolutely fantastic that was a 9.7 the steak fries were unbelievable cook perfectly they were on 9.9 my mother had a red tavern Burger with what the red tavern sauce which is a 1000 island sauce she gives it a 9 day and and a 9.8 and a And the sweet potato fries she is at A955 9.5 also also the general manager mark It's outstanding A GM Northwest going on very knowledgeable of the business and We will definitely come back again. I am referring to mark at the North Homestead in Ohio the Red Robin and North Homestead Mark is the GM very nice understands business really well.“

“It's good I like the skinny french fries but it could be a bit cleaner inside, there was not a lot of customers at the time but a lot of tables and floor was dirty. Other than that tasty burger and fries. Kids like the kids meal options. Unique shakes and sides like cheese curds.“

CONS: the Shack burger was size of Dave's Single but 6.50. Slices of tomato were very thin. Paper thin lettuce. Hot dog was kinda skinny & came w/ no toppings, all are extra. Asked for cheese sauce on side of fries but they were drowned in the sauce & not crispy as we wanted.
Just started eating on patio (since it was 72deg) but then some jacked loser started smoking right by us so we had to move inside after 2 mins.
PROS: wife liked the veggie burger patty.
Burger tasted fine but not close to top 20.
Not likely we'd come back Cept maybe for a shake at $6-8. Yikes.

“While out working, I stopped a patron walking with food. I was so hungry. He pointed to this place. I entered and ordered my food because he said the food is pretty good. I ordered Lemon Pepper wings, of course, are my favorite. They were SOOO GOOD! Everything was on point! Loved IT!“

Sat outside because it was a nice night, but the service was non existent, and unfortunately there were two guys smoking cigars near us that nobody seemed to want to do anything about, lol...“

“Might just be one of the best burgers from a fast food joint that I have ever eaten. The Pretzel Bits were almost as good as the burger. I could eat those all day long. Service was very good and the tables were clean.
I highly recommend Culver's for my overall positive experience and a sublime burger! Will definitely be back.

“Great food, great bartender, didn’t get his name, I asked for a certain drink I wanted to try, showed him the ingredients, he made it and it was delicious, asked him for another drink and he remembered the ingredients and tasted the exact same as the first. Will be back for sure! 😁“

“Yesterday we went to Amici pop up bar for a late lunch. There was 4 of us in our party. We were greeted with a very happy and pleasant girl that directed us upstairs for the romantic pop up bar for Valentines Day. The ambiance was spot on for a perfect meal. 3 of the 4 of us got the chicken parmigiana. Absolutely delicious! Best I’ve had ever! The chicken was moist, breading and sauce was delicious and we were sad when it was all gone. Because we ate every bite. Our server, Chris (who was also the bartender) was extremely nice, spent some time chatting with us. We felt so welcome. He didn’t rush us and gave us some history on the restaurant. We will definitely be back very soon. 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend Amici’s. ❤️“

“Excellent burgers. The french fries are so nice and warm, the burgers taste nice and fresh and warm, too. This place is located in SouthPark Shopping Mall, at the food court and it is next to some other restaurants in SouthPark Shopping Mall. The burgers are Halal, and they tasted so good and it was really worth the experience at this restaurant. There are some nice shops nearby and the parking is in the SouthPark Shopping Mall.“

“On business trip to US, i had dinner at Five Guys in Middleburg Heights. I ordered the Cheese Burger with lettuce tomato and large fries and a peanut butter milkshake.
The burger was pretty good, not amazing but quite good - the fries were tasty and i received A LOT in the bag :) However the highlight was the shake, real tasty and recommended“

Went through the drive thru. A very patient youg woman, Savannah, took my order.
I had tobpull around to the winndow to complete my order because of the noise from the freeway by the Ckeveland airport of Brookpark Road.
My food was fresh and hot.
Instructions for lite- ice was followed.
My order was correct.
Best of all- service was conducted with a genuine smile.
Savannah is a great representative for the company.
Thank you to all the staff who were working to provide excellent food and customer service. Great team work.

“If I could give DQ 37 stars, I would—but math keeps getting in the way.

Let me paint you a picture: I walked into Dairy Queen with the emotional range of a soggy mop. My day? A mess. My mood? Tragic. My hair? Uncooperative. But the second I laid eyes on that glowing menu, I felt like I had entered a frosty temple of miracles.

The staff? SO nice. Like… “makes you rethink your whole attitude” kind of nice. One guy handed me my order and said, “Here you go, enjoy!” and I’m not saying I’ll name my next child after him—but I’m not not saying that either.

Long story short: DQ turned my day around faster than you can say “extra dipping sauce.” I came for the food, I stayed for the vibes, and I left wondering if I should get a tattoo of a Dilly Bar on my calf.
