Our drinks were made well, and the food was delicious. While we are sad an old favorite (black and blue burger) is no longer on the menu, the food is on point as always.“

“I asked for the lettuce wrap option but still got the regular bun. They should look into customer ordering via tab or something to offset the high likelihood of errors given their multiple choices. Also, the place was dirty with no one constantly cleaning the customer area. The food, however, was exceptional.“

Most places buy their beef frozen from the same wholesaler (nothing special) they try to set themselves apart by creating their own sauce but a great burger starts with fresh beef which the rail has perfected .“

They were happy to make recommendations when I asked for the most popular breakfast sandwich. We landed on the Big Daddy and Wake ‘n Bacon. Great choices!! Everything from the cute environment, engaging staff, seamless payment system, quick service and fresh, flavorful sandwiches was top notch!“

This was our first time back in a couple years or so… When did Five Guys get sooo EXPENSIVE!?!?!

It stung when the guy said the total. I thought I heard wrong. Esp when we were expecting a quick, cheaper meal but we walked out feeling like we just paid for dining in.

It felt like it should’ve been cheaper because it was counter service, but inflation has sure shifted them into a different category!

We basically paid sit-down restaurant prices without:
* service
* atmosphere
* or even drinks/refills

For that kind of total, we could’ve gone somewhere casual, sat down, and probably spent about the same (or even less) and had a more relaxed experience.

Five Guys used to feel like a treat that was still reasonable… now it’s like a “special occasion burger,” which is kind of wild…because it wasn’t even that great. It was good but not $82.17 good. Sorry Five Guys, but you just lost customers.“

“This is the best Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. The outdoor seating is amazing. It’s like a time capsule from the 50s or something. The putt putt course needs a renovation but is still really fun. Nice driving range in back if you are into that. Food typical to DQ, not my fav but I’ll be back with my kid for the overall vibe.“

Tonight the service wasn't good, I don't know if the speaker system wasn't working right or the person on drive-thru was having a rough day but they made ordering hard we had to repeat our order multiple times & our order comes to us messed up, we tend to let it slide but I really wanted what I ordered, I tried to go in so it would be a fast fix but the lobby was closed, went back thru the dive-thru and manager on duty remade our order. I am very grateful that the manger fixed the mistake that was made and made the experience better for us to want to return vs before talking to the manager I was close to not wanting to return here ever again.“

“Hi this is a steven, food guy just a steep in the food lunch, got here today I had a monster Burger without the Burger I had a double chicken instead and that was perfectly perfectly cooked absolutely fantastic that was a 9.7 the steak fries were unbelievable cook perfectly they were on 9.9 my mother had a red tavern Burger with what the red tavern sauce which is a 1000 island sauce she gives it a 9 day and and a 9.8 and a And the sweet potato fries she is at A955 9.5 also also the general manager mark It's outstanding A GM Northwest going on very knowledgeable of the business and We will definitely come back again. I ordered, asked questions, they explained things very professionally with great service and a warm welvome to the neighborhood! Within 25 minutes, I picked up a fresh, hot, flavorful chicken bacon barbecue pizza, and couldn't wait to get home to try it! Crust was thick but not chewy, well flavored, and not burnt, bbq sauce tasted like a sweet honey variation, bacon was crisp and dliced into bite sized pieces, as was the juicy soft chicken! “We went in to order a cake for our sons 2 year old birthday. It was train themed and unfortunately they didn’t have a train themed cake design in their Catalogue so we figured we’d go out on a limb and ask if they can do something custom and we’re told they can try. A little after our meeting we got a call from Diana, asked us a couple questions and we basically just said an idea and she took it from there and absolutely nailed it!
You can tell Diana cares about what she does and enjoys decorating cakes, and is really good at it too!
10/10 will be asking for her to do our other birthday and other celebrations cakes for sure!“

“Saw you on New Day CLE and thought it was nice place to try. Easy to find. Had the full rack ribs and they were plump and tender. Price was reasonable for amount I purchased. Sides were great as well. Service was nice and enjoyable. However, the ribs were a bit salty for our taste. Hope will not be the case on next visit.“
