“Me and my sister we're here Monday night for a benefit dinner. It has been a while since we have made it here. We had a amazing evening Our server Brandy was Outstanding. “Love this place, definitely one of our favorites. Arrived 5.30ish on a Thursday - as is our norm we sat at the bar. Server made a point of letting us know about their happy hour (so we could order a second drink before it ended).

Hubs had the fettuccine bolognese and I had the salmon with gnocchi. We both had a side dinner salad which were cold and crisp. Hubs said his dinner was delicious. My salmon was perfectly cooked, gnocchi was soft and tender.

Waitress/bartender was nice - it appeared that she was the only waitstaff that evening. Watched her with other guests - provided good service to everyone.“

“I walked in here after the Wingstop next door refused to take an order for me and told me I could only place orders online.

This place was neat! I told the woman behind the counter I had never been in before and she explained what the restaurant was all about, and did so very excitedly!

I walked out with food within 3 minutes of walking and, and really enjoyed it. I’ll be back!“

“We normally like everything at Sideline’s but today ordered the shrimp fettuccine. Normally very good. Today it was so salty you couldn’t eat it. The manager came out a blamed it a the prep chef. They did offer to make another meal. The issue I had was they kept serving that sauce to other customers. Someone is going to get very sick.. I can’t believe a real chef would continue to serve that.“

“Tonight was our first time trying Lula’s. Everything was amazing!! The sausage and peppers, the meatballs, arancini, the ravioli all fabulous! The sauce with the perfect bread to pair with it, delicious. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the food. We had a delightful waitress. The owner, Larry also very personable. We were able to talk to him, get a little history on the place. He also talked about plans for the future. We loved everything about the place. Great family restaurant, you have to try it…“

“As a new Toledoan, I had the chance to check out one of the city’s oldest restaurants. It’s like walking into a different time period - a restaurant like no other in town. There’s a train car that goes through the center of the restaurant, old school Tiffany’s style lamps and almost like a saloon meets checkered tablecloth vibe. The team has been working there for years - some even 20+! Service is small-town friendly, there are plenty of rooms for big parties and 4 tops alike and the prices are great. There’s currently a BOGO deal for entire pasta entrees. The kitchen is a mostly scratch kitchen with the exception of then breads and pastas which are made in large pasta pots in the kitchen. The garlic butter is amazing and the lasagna and chicken parm were my two fav dishes. The Lambrusco is a yummy wine choice, and they offer Chianti and Pinot noir along with some others. This isn’t the fanciest meal you’ll have in town, but the sauce is good, the chicken is cooked perfectly on the Alfredo and the parm, and the prices are right. Come here for fun events like murder mystery parties and comedy shows on weekends! Also a perfect venue for group parties or showers.“

“Have been going here for along time. First time ordering pizza though. I ordered extra sauce which I did not get and only ate a few slices. I asked to get extra sauce to take home and the waitress said it would cost $2.00 more. But she wasn’t sure. We had to ask again about the sauce after we paid the bill. She said they would not give us extra sauce!! Hmmm!! Really? So for all you that like extra sauce on your pizza… they don’t do that! Also, the waitress never took any of our dirty dishes away.“

“We had a Celebration of Life for my brother Jeff Fyock on Saturday July 27th. Everyone was so impressed with the event & how the girls we had kept me informed all evening. Growing up in South Toledo alot of our guests said that your pizza tasted like the old Gino's on Arlington Ave. This is my 3rd event that I've had @ Capers. Please give your staff a high five for helping my family make memories.“

“This is definitely a very nice restaurant to come eat at. It's a beautiful setting service was great really good menu. The hot mama bread was great. The steak and potatoes were amazing lasagna was quite good as well. The desserts were really good but they didn't really wow me. I am still searching for carrot cake better than J Alexander's but everything else was superb. I will definitely be looking for an excuse to come back here.“
