Because of all this my food was called. The so-called manager refused to replace the cold fries but was willing to give me the chicken, we ordered and paid for.
1. Replacing cold fries when you forget the main part of the order is customer service. Your manager needs customer service training.
2. Your people need to read and comprehend the order and double check that the food order is the food delivered.
3. Show you value the time, effort, and money of your customers. Act like you understand that when you screw up, you make amends.
