“I used to eat from their food truck several years ago during Covid times. It was always great food, great service, and great value.
This was my first time visiting the brick & mortar location after not having their food in years. It was just as good as I remember. The owner is amazing and a delight. I look forward to my next time being able to visit.“

“We traveled 30 minutes away to try their food and we’re NOT disappointed!! The esthetics were bright, vibrant and fun. The establishment was clean! The owners were friendly and welcoming! They have a large variety of tasty food and treats! My family and I tried the Ultimate Nachos and 12 flamin hot wings with fries. Let me tell you… those nachos were delicious and could feed about 3 people. The wings were spicy and had what seems to be a small hint of sweetness which balanced it out nicely!! We dined in and watched a fun movie on the tv on the wall. The Strawberry lemonade was fire! I should have taken one to go. Oh! Please make sure to get the Strawberry Pudding too!! Long story short, short story shorter… we will be returning customers!!“

“I was so excited when their food truck visited Columbus for a vegan pop up. Ive been wanting to try the comfort cone for so long, and I was not disappointed. A waffle cone with chicken, grits, and Mac n cheese, drizzled with hot sauce and maple syrup - it was incredible! Their chili was also super flavorful and amazing. Highly recommend checking them out!“

“I love this place! Me and my partner eat here all the time. As a person who recently stopped eating meat, this is my favorite vegan restaurant. The food doesn’t make a difference if it’s vegan or not, it’s just good food overall. I’m working my way to try everything on the menu but my faves are the vegan pepper steak & rice and the vegan chilli on Wednesdays. But I enjoy everything on the menu so it just depends what you are in the mood for. Omg can’t forget the lemonade! Yum
P.S can’t forget the wine either lol“

“We came here yesterday for the first time and it was by far the best chicken and mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had! We also tried the sweet potato and they gave me a sample of the chili which were both very good. I’m super excited to try the other sides in the future. The employees all exuded a good energy and made you feel welcomed which doesn’t always happen when you are out to eat. Overall it was a 10/10 experience!!“

“The food is delicious no matter what you get. The staff is wonderful and kind and this shows are very good. We go that all the time my husband and I and friends we supposed to be up there this Sunday. I can’t wait. I will definitely recommend to everyone and the owner. “I live about 90 min from Cleveland, and my 8 year old has been begging me to take him somewhere to try bubble tea for weeks now. We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. The restaurant was also super clean and all the employees were working hard.“

“We were so excited for our favorite ice cream spot to reopen after their remodel, and it was definitely worth the wait! The place looks amazing—bright, clean, and even more inviting than before. And of course, the ice cream is still the best ever—completely untouchable! No one does it better. The only thing missing? The train! The one that used to run around the ceiling was such a fun touch, and we really hope they bring it back. Other than that, everything is perfect. If you haven’t been yet, go check out the new look—you won’t be disappointed!“
