I only live a couple miles away but STILL.. and the food is ALWAYS GREAT!!! Crab cheese is fantastic. Chow Mein is great, Lo Mein is great!! Everything me or my son has got, we’ve loved. This is my go to Chinese take out HANDS DOWN!!!!“

“One of my favorite restaurants in Ohio City. I love that they keep the menu small to me that’s a sign that everything’s good. Small menus mean fantastic food because they have time to master the skills to continue creating the meal. The bar tender was great drinks were really good and well made. Our waitlist was awesome, hostess was pleasant. You can tell they have a great working relationship.“

“We came here yesterday for the first time and it was by far the best chicken and mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had! We also tried the sweet potato and they gave me a sample of the chili which were both very good. I’m super excited to try the other sides in the future. We were heartbroken losing both Lola and Greenhouse Tavern due to Covid, (and we still are) but Cordelia is the kind of restaurant that can make East 4th a go-to dining spot for us again.“

“I recently had a party catered on 4/13/24 by the North Royalton location. I just want to start off by saying everything was great! From the time I ordered it a week prior and working with Tina, to the delivery service being on time and the food hot and ready. Wonderful service! People were raving about the food, especially the fried chicken. We were a little bit past their delivery area, but they still delivered to us. I would recommend Mama Julianne’s Pizza for everyday and catering needs!“

We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. The restaurant was also super clean and all the employees were working hard.“

She really took the time to listen to my needs and ideas and never made me feel rushed during our lengthy conversation. My interaction with her has truly been the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time, and I am extremely grateful! If Emily is an example of the quality I can expect from Bucci's J Bella, then I know the party will turn out to be perfect! I will write a follow-up review after the party in December and, based on my interaction with Emily so far, I expect it to be another 5-star review! “Amazing find in our trip to Cleveland. My wife and I always seek out the best local, independent brewpubs on our trips, and Bookhouse is near the top of our list. The Irish Red was excellent. Atmosphere felt like I was in a common room at Hogwarts. Full of warmth, great staff, friendly people, and great vibes, the history of the building was a surprise bonus.
The fact that Bookhouse is LGBTQ friendly- and this is coming from an old cis straight guy- made it all even better. Long live love, great community, diversity, and great beer!“
