“We came here yesterday for the first time and it was by far the best chicken and mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had! We also tried the sweet potato and they gave me a sample of the chili which were both very good. I’m super excited to try the other sides in the future. The employees all exuded a good energy and made you feel welcomed which doesn’t always happen when you are out to eat. Overall it was a 10/10 experience!!“

“I recently had a party catered on 4/13/24 by the North Royalton location. I just want to start off by saying everything was great! From the time I ordered it a week prior and working with Tina, to the delivery service being on time and the food hot and ready. Wonderful service! People were raving about the food, especially the fried chicken. We were a little bit past their delivery area, but they still delivered to us. I would recommend Mama Julianne’s Pizza for everyday and catering needs!“

“I live about 90 min from Cleveland, and my 8 year old has been begging me to take him somewhere to try bubble tea for weeks now. We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. The restaurant was also super clean and all the employees were working hard.“

From my very first phone conversation with Emily, she has been incredibly friendly and helpful, while using her professional experience to guide me in selecting the perfect amount of food for our anticipated guests, in addition to making suggestions to accommodate any guests with food sensitivities. She really took the time to listen to my needs and ideas and never made me feel rushed during our lengthy conversation. My interaction with her has truly been the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time, and I am extremely grateful! If Emily is an example of the quality I can expect from Bucci's J Bella, then I know the party will turn out to be perfect! I will write a follow-up review after the party in December and, based on my interaction with Emily so far, I expect it to be another 5-star review! “Found this place on a whim of a day. Very old style diner with a traditional European family style seating and individual booths along the walls. Extensive menu with many comfort food favorites. The chicken and waffles and French toast with eggs were worth the stop. Great service and food. The only downside was a sign stating they were charging an additional fee to all dishes with eggs. Cash only accepted. Definitely worth a second trip when in the area.“
