Unfortunately, the burger, which was ordered medium, was way overcooked. Service was friendly. If not for the nearly burnt burger, the place would have gotten a perfect 5 stars!“

“The food here is always solid and the servers are a lot cuter than days of past. Go to the north hill location and ask for Brooke n I bet she won’t let ya down! Even after the onion rings were slightly overcooked on the last visit, she replaced them with absolutely no question in an instant and though it took a while to get the replacement order, it gave me a chance to enjoy a meal while talking to her a bit longer. She was very sweet and I have been back a couple times since!“

WHY IS IT ON THE MENU if you don't even have the right ingredients?!? In Alamogordo right now and the server just told us they're "out of the stuff to make that". “Bar maid's boy friend was at the end of the bar. Needless to say he got 80% of her attention. It was difficult to spend money or get a drink. Food tasted great. Although my French dip sandwich came with enough dip for about two bites. I would guess it was just the bar maid doing a poor job. She spent a lot of time in the kitchen. The Thursday day bar tender needs a different job. I will return hoping for better service.“

“First time ordering from Big Star thanks to a pizza group I’m in on FB. Expansive menu including pastas, salads, burgers yes burgers, some Greek options and other Italian options. I can’t wait to order from here again. The person taking my order was super friendly. Pizza came out amazing. Ordered the New York style with all veggies and a side of garlic dipping sauce. “Met my niece here for dinner. She lives in Cuyahoga falls and I live in old Brooklyn. I searched places in Cuyahoga falls and chose this one. Neither one of us have ever been here. Frank was an awesome waiter and very helpful. I ordered the half chicken it was so delicious, that I ordered two to go for my 18 year old son and 14 year old daughter, they loved it also. The fries are amazing and I tried the chili which is also amazing and it's very reasonably priced bacon's a little on the expensive side I don't know why but it's like two bucks to add a piece bacon so not a big deal really but two bucks is a lot for piece bacon...jus sayin. But they have a good variety and little combo deals and I'm super excited to try the chili cheese fries next time“

“I was just here 2 days ago with my two granddaughters Monday April 01, 2025. I am used to very used to craappy service from Applebee's as a whole. However, this time I was pleasantly surprised My server was Kayla or Kayleigh, she was very pleasant and attentive, our food was spot on. I was blown away! Good job guys!“

“It's a typical Arby's. They remodeled the inside, so it was pretty clean when I went. The service was pretty slow the day we went, but the food came out okay. The staff seemed friendly. The parking lot is a little different because of the drive through layout, but nothing crazy. I'd try going here again in the hopes that the service would be faster.
