“Holy cow what a place!!!! The burger was soooo good, the fries were incredible, that queso they give you is so good, just incredible tasting!! The only con is the price, for a burger and then if you want to combo it for fries and a drink is almost 20 dollars 🤯!!! That was a little too much for me, but I spent it anyway cause it looked very good, and it was very good. Probably wouldn't combo it again cause it was way too expensive to combo it, but if you want to spend the big bucks you can do that.“

“The biggest advantage to the rails burgers is the beef! You can taste the freshness of the meat . Most places buy their beef frozen from the same wholesaler (nothing special) they try to set themselves apart by creating their own sauce but a great burger starts with fresh beef which the rail has perfected .“

“I have been looking for quality NY style pizza in summit county for a long time and I have finally found it at Big Star. Big Star has some of the best pizza in summit county. If you want legit NY style pizza, this is it. The owner is incredibly nice and friendly. 10/10 pizza and service. Give them your business!!!“

“Good food, fast and friendly service, but at the mall.
The Burger was good. Got the signature. My girlfriend through it tasted pretty close to In and Out, but I didn't get that vibe. It was good, but not THAT good. Was well seasoned and tasted how a burger should if you made it yourself at home. The potentially potato bun was nice since it held up and didn't become a soggy diaper like Five Guys. Wanna try the Flaming Hot Burger and the Cool Ranch one next
Service was fast and friendly.
It's at the mall, so the atmosphere was nothing crazy. I will say that the menu does not list the nutritional values/calorie counts and even on verbal request, the employees could not provide it to us, which I'm pretty sure is illegal.“

“we ordered the rib bones special tonight on door dash and it was FANTASTIC!! big meaty ribs that needed no sauce at all. I didn't know you had cukes n onions. is that on the Im store menu? really really good. highly recommend!!! the beans with brisket was amazing. everything was great. we always get consistently good food there. “The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“Five Guys STICKER SHOCK!!! 😱 $82.17 — NO DRINKS! ’Take-out for 5 people, $16.43/person! 4 cheeseburgers, 2 hotdogs, 4 fries.
This was our first time back in a couple years or so… When did Five Guys get sooo EXPENSIVE!?!?!
It stung when the guy said the total. I thought I heard wrong. Esp when we were expecting a quick, cheaper meal but we walked out feeling like we just paid for dining in.
It felt like it should’ve been cheaper because it was counter service, but inflation has sure shifted them into a different category!
We basically paid sit-down restaurant prices without:
* service
* atmosphere
* or even drinks/refills
For that kind of total, we could’ve gone somewhere casual, sat down, and probably spent about the same (or even less) and had a more relaxed experience.
Five Guys used to feel like a treat that was still reasonable… now it’s like a “special occasion burger,” which is kind of wild…because it wasn’t even that great. It was good but not $82.17 good. Sorry Five Guys, but you just lost customers.“

“I've been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. Only in recent years have I had their food; again, never disappointed. However, my last visit offered the absolute best bannana split I've ever had. I'm 60 and I've had many, but this one set the bar.“

“I don't usually do reviews, but I just have to. Gilbert Noel is the absolute best customer service person you could hope to have. He is always smiling, has a GREAT attitude and is the real reason we go there . If I owned a company, I would do everything I could to hire him away. The food is always good, Gilbert is great!!“

“Bar maid's boy friend was at the end of the bar. Needless to say he got 80% of her attention. It was difficult to spend money or get a drink. Food tasted great. Although my French dip sandwich came with enough dip for about two bites. I would guess it was just the bar maid doing a poor job. She spent a lot of time in the kitchen. The Thursday day bar tender needs a different job. I will return hoping for better service.“

“This venue is truly remarkable… they always extend a warm welcome to returning customers, making them feel like family. The grilled cheese with 2-3 patties is a must-try. “Update: I went for a second time and realized a place shouldn’t be judged by one experience. No mistakes on the order this time, food was still good . Good but not great .
I eat a decent amount of fast food and I was surprised myself that I hadn’t tried Culver’s. So I made the drive to this location about 15 minutes from me . I heard good things about the onion rings and I had ordered a large one but of course my first order and it was missing. I don’t really mind getting a few orders wrong when I go go to a place lot of times but first time kind of rubbed me the wrong way.
Food was decent . Chicken sandwich doesn’t compare to Chick Fil A at all.“

“1st time here at Cleats. I stop in for dinner with my wife, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, on Friday around 4pm. We seated ourselves. It's a nice medium size sports bar. We chose to sit inside rather than outside. However, I did feel it was a bit dark inside. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Friday's special was an all you can eat fish dinner. It was very good but there were no lemon slices for the fish. The other three had the chicken tenders. It was a little strange to me that you have to pay extra for dipping sauce (plus the waitress never told us about this charge). That being said, the food was delicious 😋 we topped off the dinner with a blood orange IPA“

“I have not gone to DQ for a long time until I found this one near our new home. The place is kept clean, and the young staff hustle and are well trained. The standard menu is still available along with some special baskets and other items. The serving size of the ice cream products seems to be smaller than it used to, but that seems to be the way of the world these days. For example, the buster bar seems to be half the size that it used to be. Friends brought over individual ice cream cake cups that seemed a little freezer burned, but that happens with frozen products. Still love their chili dog basket with fries or onion rings!“

“We arrived here on 5/1/26, just before the dining room closed. The staff literally missed locking the doors by about 30 seconds, and we marched in with five boisterous children.🤣 The staff were very accommodating, and the kids took tooooo long to make their choices, but the staff were patient and friendly. The Blizzards were all great, and the kids had a great time. We (my son and I) made sure that we departed in a reasonable time frame so they could clean the dining room. This is a great location to visit! Thank you.“
