“White Castle is special. I appreciate having this chain in my city because I know they're not everywhere, and I know people crave the sliders or are very curious about them if they've never tried them before.

This location in Reading does such a great job of making flavorful food served fast and with a smile. My fave White Castle in Cincinnati!! Cheers to the hard-working staff here who fill bellies and make people happy all day long ❤️“

“I stopped in, honestly, just to use the restroom. It was occupied. The fella that came out didn't look embarrassed, but he should have. There was piss all over the toilet seat, and the toilet was so full I didn't dare try to flush it. I went out and asked a crew member, and she was fantastic! Her name was Nora, and she and Scotty got right on it and took care of business. They were so friendly. I wish they worked at my local McDonald's! I also spoke with Patti, the manager, who was also great. I did buy food, because I don't like just going in for the bathroom, no matter a restaurant or a gas station... I'll buy something. After I got my food, there were a could of apple pies that I didn't order! Again, such nice people!“

“Excellent as always never been to this location. There is private parking around the side, free of charge. They parking lot people will give you a black plastic piece which needs to be exchanged inside for a white one and parking is free. Thought that was pretty cool.“

“We came for a school fundraising night and it was PACKED. They had a mile long drive thru line too. Somehow the staff all had smiles among the chaos! They operated like a well oiled machine. I'm sure it was a stressful night for them, but they killed it!“

“I have been eating at the 747 Skyline since it opened and have never had a bad experience that was their fault. The food is always hot and fresh, the prices are typical with the market and I always leave satisfied. I read through the other reviews and can only think the other non-favorable reviews are either unrealistic or there was something else at play. This store is one of the best in the area. The staff would not disrespect anyone IMHO. I spend my money here because I know I will get good value for my dollars. I can go elsewhere and spend my money but I choose to spend it here.“

“I had a large catering order and they forgot some items (especially the cane sauce)… I mean what’s Cane’s without the sauce!?? But, I came back in and spoke with Matt (One of the managers) and he made everything right. Definitely went above and beyond!!! Highly recommended!!!“

“Having one line for actual drive-through orders and one line for mobile orders in theory seems like a good idea but at this location is not a smart one. There are hardly any mobile orders that go through this line, but the drive-through line is always eight or nine cars long. Everything is taken care of as usual, but saving one line for mobile only is not a great choice. Any other place that has mobile app usage takes care of them in the same line. You just have to specify who you are..“

“The waitress who served us was very friendly and kind. My Greek salad and my 3-way chili were delicious. But what I liked most was the attention of Ms. Anita, who brought me hot water to mix with my sweet tea because I wanted something warm due to the cold weather. Thank you, Ms. Anita.“

“We were visiting the Cincinnati area, and wanted to try Skyline, we don't have them at home. The mix of simple ingredients, and unique combinations just work. Our server at this location was excellent. Everyone was friendly and we liked casual atmosphere with table service. The chili is unique and good flavor. If you are from out of town visit Skyline.“

“Chick-fil-A off Mason Montgomery has unmatched service. I have went to get curbside pick up there twice and the absolute sweetest old man has served me both times! He always makes sure my food is all correct before just leaving & both times he’s noticed i was EXTREMELY pregnant. He was so happy for me and asked me if he could add me to his prayers both times, asking the babies name & my due date… it was the most heart touching thing i’ve ever experienced from a complete stranger especially one whose only job is to bring me food. i look forward to seeing him next time i go. “This is one of my favorite location in the cincinnati area The workers are very nice food always fresh very clean inside feels like home I grew up coming here happy to say this is my neighborhood skylines and very happy to becoming a new team member. “A regular fast food experience, the chicken fingers were crispy and crunchy. I am not a huge fan of the Canes sauce. The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“

“The employees there were genuinely kind, positive and energetic. It was a nice little pick-me-up that I didn't even know I needed. I usually order delivery but that was such a wonderful experience picking up my food, I'll be doing that each time now. Thank you so much.“

I absolutely Love their food, but the prices, although they have gotten a bit better throughout the years, are still among the highest-ranking whenever it comes to the fast food restaurants I frequently visit.. Ohhh, speaking of the fast food industry and their restaurants, Arby's is not only one of My faves, it's also one of the only ones I feel comfortable enough to dine in! “This is a weirdly placed location. Not only is signage missing from one part of the building making me almost think they weren't in business anymore, but they're tucked behind two other buildings.

This ultimately means you just kinda have to... Know this location exists?

Aside from that, food was good, service was fine. Seems the employees forgot about me for a moment despite being a bit slow but the manager promptly offered a drink as an apology.

Truth be told I wasn't even mad, I honestly hadn't been there that long at all. Only 5 minutes or so. I'd say great service though considering they acknowledged it and tried to make it right even though I was perfectly fine.“

“went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. This very casual, low key almost fast food restaurant has good diner eats for nostalgic Americana with the full origin story of creator and Greek native - American dreamer, Adeeb Mislch

You can enjoy the Coney dog with/or without the chili done 3-4-5 way. To find out the difference you’ll have to visit. They also had summer special ice cream floats and funnel fries as well as small treats at the front. With tons of food under $30 for two in today’s restaurant eateries that’s a great value. “Now you wouldn’t normally get a 5 out of me for White Castle. BUT the Sharonville location is on of them ones! Hot, fresh, and the burgers were steamed to perfection. If it’s late, you’ve had a few to drink and have the late night cravings. Stop at Sharonville and get your eat. Oh and don’t forget to use the app to get those deals.“

“It’s a fast food place in a strip mall. Not sure how to rate atmosphere, it was clean and decent. I had chili dogs and tried the chili bowl. I like chili and chili hotdogs with cheese so I gave it 5 stars. Maybe not the best I’ve ever had the chili is a little sweet for what I usually have but it was still good. They had a drive through and takeout, optional sit down service was a surprise. The great attitude of the staff was nice and the complete opposite of restaurant staff here in California. It’s the kind of food you’d get at a county fair but I sort of expected that when I went in. Overall I thought it was great and inexpensive.“

The owners and their children are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. You know when they come to visit a regular customer recovering in a nursing home, you are dealing with the best.
