“I came in during lunch time, which was somewhat busy (expected during peak lunch time) between work to get just two large drinks. Normally, the customer service I experience in this McDonald’s is okay. Nothing crazy bad/good. But, today Deb, I believe was her name (She had glasses.) Cashed me out and she is just absolute sunshine. She was so sweet and smiling the entire time. She seemed so happy to be there and to help me. Just our short/simple interaction made my day. She deserves a raise just simply based on her attitude and excellent customer service skills! Thank you Deb for being a sweetheart!“

“It was great. Never been to one of these places. The only issue was when we came in we was pointed to a seat and got a little confused to what seat to sit at and I didn't know if we paid at the counter or the server came and picked up the bill. We only figured it out because the server never came back to pick up our card.“

“I visited this skyline location many times and I’ve always found it to be one of the best in the Cincinnati area, friendly workers very consistent food with a clean and lively environment. I’ve retired down south now but every time we come back to visit the kids and grandkids this is our first stop. Can’t wait to taste that skyline chili.

For me, it’s always a four-way with beans and usually a cheese Coney hold the onions! This time I substituted a small Greek salad for the cheese coney and it was tasty.“

Menu is obviously chili-centric, but even so, there's a good variety of items available (chili dogs, chili burritos, chili spaghetti, etc.) I had the Chilitos and they were quite good! “I wanted so badly to enjoy my first taste of Raising Cane’s! The employees were friendly, professional, and fast. I got my order quickly and was on my way. I will say that the tenders are very juicy and cooked perfectly. But the breading is kind of bland (and somehow also salty?), the sauce is salty, the Texas toast is salty, the fries were salty — only flavor I recall is salt, and after a long hot day this meal just made me more dehydrated. I hope other folks enjoy it more, I truly did have a pleasant experience, just didn’t enjoy the taste :)“

“Having one line for actual drive-through orders and one line for mobile orders in theory seems like a good idea but at this location is not a smart one. There are hardly any mobile orders that go through this line, but the drive-through line is always eight or nine cars long. Everything is taken care of as usual, but saving one line for mobile only is not a great choice. Any other place that has mobile app usage takes care of them in the same line. You just have to specify who you are..“

“This is a Cincinnati area staple. We just wanted something to share for a late lunch. We split a small five way (spaghetti, chili, cheese, onions and beans) and a cheese coney each. $14 total. That cheese they use is sharp and freshly feather grated. It makes all the difference. A robot brings the food to your table and the server disperses it. My only complaint-if you call it that is in a booth, if you sit across from each other, you will kick each other. You cannot get in or out without bumping knees and shins. There are salads on the menu for those that may not acquire the taste for the chili. The Greek salad looked amazing.“

“So I've been coming through the drive thru for about a week trying to get a gallon of sweet tea and Anna with the pretty blue eyes went out of her way and got me together mixing non sweet with sweet just to make it a gallon. YOUR AWESOME ANNA. also this location is not only good but skyline is the best choice out of any walnut hills restaurant but this location specifically is the most family friendly, clean , respectful, and responsible location ive been to in a while I haven't had a bad experience yet so thank you and great Job“

To find out the difference you’ll have to visit. They also had summer special ice cream floats and funnel fries as well as small treats at the front. Tried Freddy’s in Fairfield for the first time last weekend and was honestly impressed. I’d heard of Freddy’s before but never actually been, and now I get the hype.

I got the double steakburger combo and my friend tried the patty melt. The steakburger was super flavorful, and I really liked the crispy edges on the patty — kind of like how you’d do it on a flat top at home. Fries were super thin (like, shoestring thin), which I didn’t expect, but they were fresh and really good with their fry sauce.

Big shoutout to Kamya at the front counter — she was super friendly and patient while we looked over the menu (first-timer here!). She made a great recommendation for the custard too — I went with the vanilla and caramel and it was so good.

Service was quick, the place was clean, and the staff seemed genuinely upbeat. It’s still fast food, sure, but it felt like a step up. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area“

“A regular fast food experience, the chicken fingers were crispy and crunchy. I am not a huge fan of the Canes sauce. The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“

“We never really had any issues here, but the last 2 out of 3 visits they have failed to put everything in the bag. One time we didn't get the cheese for the 4 way, I called to let them know, they said they would make a note of it, but then when I went up to get the cheese, they had no record of me calling. Tonight we didn't get the onion for either of the 4 ways. They charge extra for a 4 way and to not get what you paid for is quite disappointing. They need to do a better job on carryout, making sure they are putting everything in the bags. Customers depend on them to make sure they get what they paid for.“

“It’s a fast food place in a strip mall. Not sure how to rate atmosphere, it was clean and decent. I had chili dogs and tried the chili bowl. I like chili and chili hotdogs with cheese so I gave it 5 stars. Maybe not the best I’ve ever had the chili is a little sweet for what I usually have but it was still good. They had a drive through and takeout, optional sit down service was a surprise. The great attitude of the staff was nice and the complete opposite of restaurant staff here in California. It’s the kind of food you’d get at a county fair but I sort of expected that when I went in. Overall I thought it was great and inexpensive.“

“went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

“I get my salad every week at Lucky Dog, Murphy my dog is always welcome, they are good people. everything in my salad is always fresh and reasonably priced. The salads have a-lot of filling protein and flavor. If you eat downtown regularly you know a fresh salad with enough filling protein is hard to find for $7. Lucky Dog makes my everyday work life bearable. Also they sell the biggest fountain drink for the lowest price. and cheesecake. 🏆😉They have my loyalty“

The owners and their children are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. You know when they come to visit a regular customer recovering in a nursing home, you are dealing with the best.
