“My family and I went to Blacklick Canopy Walk and came here afterwards. My sister wanted me to try the cinnamon walnut rugelach and it was so good. Would gladly come back for that one in particular. The apricot may have been better without the raisin but it was better than the raspberry one. Would come back for the cinnamon walnut rugelach! Can see why it’s a staple in town!“

“The food was quality, but could have more flavor. The service was friendly, but could have a bit more forwardness by welcoming you as you come in the door and asking if you have ever been there and offering assistance with how everything works, rather than the customer feeling confused and having to ask. The atmosphere is clean and seems well managed, it just needs to be a bit more polished. It is a bit pricey, however, in the correct demographics it will do well. If the flavors of the week were posted in the window with a large bold font, so it can be seen while driving by it would bring more traffic through their doors.“

This review goes from 1 star to 5 stars in a very professional and simple manner to turn something negative to positive. The area manager Alex reached out to me after I had a issue with a lady that I spoke with over the phone and rectified my issues. He was very understanding and nice enough to offer free food which I greatly appreciate.
I fully understand some days are rough and people have emotions, but working in a restaurant or anything related with customer service you have to show nothing but smiles and be happy even if your having a bad day. And the fact Mr Alex Ferrero reached out shows me he values his customers and is a great individual. Thank you for reaching out and resolving the issue.“
“First time customer and I will definitely be a forever customer. The level of customer service I received was above and beyond my expectations. I ordered several custon edible images a day prior and at the last minute, right before closing I ordered another. I had issues with the image in my phone but KK came to the rescue with her exceptional customer service. I also needed a specific color sprinkles and she made it on the spot making this place a one stop shop for me. I usually have to go to several places and order online for orders because not one place has it all. “Bought two pies, one pumpkin, one pecan. They were awful. Spices were off. Size was too thin. Texture was like rubber. We dumped them in the trash can. For the price that is charged, about $19 a pie, we were robbed. CostCo makes a better pie at almost a third of the price. Would not recommend this place at all. Avoid.“

“I absolutely love those pretzels they have the best pretzels for the best price is the only reason I didn’t get five stars is because they said that they were open until 10 and then they closed at 8:30 when I got there so I was very unpleased with that because if I would’ve known that I would have gotten the pretzels before we went shopping. We got done at 8:30 and they were closed when it clearly says open until 10pm“
