“They definitely try to give you half portions until you say something. I've started to go in and watch them make my food because if you order anything otherwise they'll give you the smallest portion of everything. Some of the employees are cool about making sure the customer is happy but some employees don't really care.

“I ordered two tacos I really was looking for the spaghetti and the chili and should have ordered the three-way but thought I'd try the tacos I found the wrap although well cooked with somewhat tough. I certainly will go back and I really like the spaghetti and the chili and the chili dogs but I think I'll pass on the tacos. I sang some songs for myself on a video with the concertina and was able to do some work because they had great Wi-Fi which worked easily and allowed me to plug in my computer and I got something done. Recommended it is but not really for the tacos“

“This is the only Fazolis that my husband and I will go to. Tina and everyone are so friendly. Service is great and we've never had a bad meal. It's an older store, however they keep it in tip top shape. There's always a smile and extra breasticks here!“

“Our family has always enjoyed this Skyline but their staff went above and beyond last night (02/07). As we were leaving last night, our child got adventurous and tried to jump off the curb resulting in a pretty nasty injury. They gave us so many things to help clean her up and ice bags to help with swelling. We are truly grateful for the staff and business that is ran here!“

“I had two of my grandchildren with me. There was no drive-thru line when we arrived. We placed our order. One box for my teen grandson, two three piece meals for myself and my husband and one kids meal for my eight year old granddaughter. The grandchildren ordered lemonades that they said are great there. What 14 yr old boy orders lemonade over soda? It must be good. I ordered two sweet teas. The chicken strips were delicious with no fat. The fries and the toast were also good. I ordered their cole slaw which is very good.
Raising Canes is a good place to get your chicken strips fix.“

“I am a regular, so I was expecting my cheese to be over the top, but I think the cook is getting a kickback or something. Light on the onions and cheese. I will not return to this location. I tipped 20 bucks because the young lady worked very hard. My bill was only 12 dollars.“

“I first tried Skyline Chili last year on the way back from a roadtrip...and now this year on my way to see family at Christmas as Dayton is a nice stopping point for my road west.
I always wanted to try Cincinnati chili for a long time and when I did end up staying a night in Dayton I came over here and tried both a chili 3-way and a coney. More recently I had a chili 5-way, but still had a coney with it.
The service, though a fast casual place like Steak 'n' Shake, is as quick as a fast-food place which I like. The atmosphere is a typical diner style affair so nothing too special here but the service was pretty good both times I came by. The restaurant is also clean with no major issues.
Now, one's opinion on Cincinnati chili aside, I very much enjoy the unique flavor of it, especially in a chili 5-way. The flavor of the cinnamon and other spices give it a distinct warmth that normal chili doesn't have (moreso if you get the can from a nearby Meijer and make your own). Both times I've been, the chili was nice and hot, the noodles were able to hold the chili, beans, onions and the veritable mountain of shredded cheddar. The coneys are also very good with the buns nice and soft and the dogs are well cooked.
Much like Runza in Nebraska, if you're in the area and are looking for a dining experience that's unique, definitely find a Skyline Chili...but don't blame me if end up grabbing a couple cans to take back with you.“

“I enjoy five guys quite a bit. However, price can be a little bit steep at times. I went today because five guys is my feel good food. I'm having a rough day. I go to five guys but today was different in the restaurant and it was the cleanest restaurant I've been in in a very long time. The bathroom was immaculate and the customer service was excellent. I got my food at a timely manner and everything was hot and fresh. I will be returning soon. Thanks again five guys“

“Me and my husband LOVE this place. Their tacos al pastor are the best ones we've had in a while, their salsas are refreshing and spicy, they give a good amount of meat on the tacos, and everything on the menu is delicious. I specifically enjoyed their steak burrito. They put the perfect amount of the ingredients and it was huge. They also serve a warm, comforting champurrado, which tasted perfect as well. 10/10 We recommend!“

“It’s been almost a month since my experience but I couldn’t forget to make a review. I came through the drive thru after 11, weather was bad but had a craving for a good Burger King burger 🍔 everything was good even the onion rings. The young woman at the register was polite and funny. We had to wait for a bit but every item on our order came out fresh! I will return soon.“

“Please stop putting American cheese on the Country Fried Steak and egg biscuit, as the cheese takes the flavor out of the sandwich. I asked for “no cheese” and got cheese anyway after the window attendant told me that “cheese does not come with the steak and egg biscuit”. Guess what? After pulling away, I unwrapped the sandwich to find American cheese melted all over the sandwich. I ask “Why do they do this?” It is every other time that I order it!! Then they tell me doesn’t even come with cheese!! Retrain your staff! I can’t remove melted cheese!“

“I'm not use to spaghetti in my chili. But I wanted to experience its authenticity. It was delicious, but next time, I will try the bowl of chili. Customer service was outstanding. You won't be disappointed. My granddaughter had the Chilli dog. She said she should've had two.“

“Their food is great!! Sometimes the service is slow. The floors are very slippery!!! I sat in a chair and it slid into another chair. My friend started to get up and her chair slipped out from under her. This Freddy's is not the only one with this problem. Every Freddy's I have ever been to has this problem. I don't think it is a lack of cleanliness I think it is the material of the floor.“

“My husband and I live close to this location, but also close enough to Springfield that we receive Springfield/Cincinnatti market promotions and not Dayton ones. We went into this store with an out of market coupon, which I didn’t realize at the time. The general manager came up to put in our order, since the line staff was unsure of what to do because of the coupon type. The manager informed us that she would honor our coupon, but it was clear through her communication that in the future we should make sure to be aware of which stores are covered in the coupon zone. In the way she delivered her message, she was very professional, very courteous, and very kind, and never once made us feel any type of way for using the coupon we had. The food was amazing and her care and service was even better. Kudos to the managers who still know what they’re doing. Thanks for an a great experience instead of what could have been a very common fast-food lunch.“
